I ordered a box with 5 pieces and the delivery took 2 weeks. Then I wanted to keep 1 item and refund the 4 other pieces. Then JKAtirre tell me I only can refund all 5 items, even If I want to keep 1 piece. Even if I refund 5 pieces I can only get a giftcard and not get my money back. The process have been underway in over 1 month and my exchange package is not even underway yet. Bad costumer service and bad policy.. Will never buy anything from JK again.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery from this company and I am yet to receive anything 2 weeks later ! Have asked for a refund to which they state they can’t give refunds only gift vouchers ! Stay away from this company at costs !!!!!
