I made the mistake of not looking at trust pilot before I placed my order. Even before I placed my order I was just trying to ask if they have more stock of the item, which you can't do as they don't have a number, contact form or email and they don't reply to anything on social media. I should have seen this as a red flag but I ordered anyway. I paid for express delivery and I got a dispatch email 2 days later, they also never respond to their "orders" email address and I only got a dispatch notice once I started to question it. a Week later still no item, I had to call the shops themselves to try and get a response from them, one said they have to just pass on my issue as they only have a "personal" number for the people in the warehouse. After having to suggest reporting the company to one of their stores (which I shouldn't have to do to a helpful lady who just works for them) I then got a random refund! Which is good I'd rather have my money back, but why not just get back to me in the first place! if you can't handle customer service, DON'T BE IN RETAIL. This company needs to close this website, if you hunt them down through companies house you can also find an ebay store which is linked to the same warehouse, but at least you have some sort of customer protection on ebay.
Just be warned, I hope someone reads this before placing an order, PLEASE AVOID!!!

Disgusting

We order 2 sunloungers which arrived in a ripped and squashed box. The packaging used inbetween the chairs to stop them moving was covered in bird excrement (pigeon I assume from the warehouse). What I couldn't understand was, that someone had obviously picked this up and thought it acceptable to use as packaging!! No response to my email, but reading the reviews below, I'm not holding my breath.

Placed my order then realised I hadn't…

Placed my order then realised I hadn't checked reviews. After reading them I came to the conclusion I'd made a huge mistake. My order arrived, the box was split (courier fault possibly) so wasn't holding out much hope but the item was exactly what I ordered and intact. I believe in fairness so as such am posting this review. Maybe I just got lucky with my purchase or only those with negative reviews are submitting them, who knows.

I purchased a garden table and chair…

I purchased a garden table and chair set from this company, they have now sent 3 sets of garden furniture and all 3 have been badly damaged, they have no contact phone number for customer services and they do not seem to like to respond to emails. As the packaging from the last delivery was so badly damaged the courier refused to collect them, I had to purchase a roll of shrink wrap to to package them up, just to get them out of my house. they have now been collected some time ago and I have not received a refund or any correspondence from them, and they are not responding to my emails. this has been going on for about 6 weeks, this company is absolutely shocking.

Absolute disgrace of a company, will never order online or enter their shops again. Ordered items for next day delivery at a cost, items never arrived, tracking number given was wrong so couldn't trace it, rang and left messages and sent several emails, messaged on face book, no reply to any. Do not buy off this company!!!!

Either a scam or staffed by people who just send randon stuff for a laugh..

I ordered a 3 tier shower caddy. I got a greenhouse cover.

Asked for returns label and have recieved absolutely nothing. Would return but not happy about paying out more money as I think getting a refund - regardless of the state of the item and original packaging - would just be as likely as getting the correct product given this experience.

Don't buy from this company unless you just like getting weird things in the post.

NO DELIVERY! I ordered a 3 piece wicker bistro set…

I ordered a 3 piece wicker bistro set three days ago for £70 and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. I have not received it and there is no tracking. I have sent two emails to customer service and not received any reply. There is no number to call. I am very upset. Can someone please let me know what the status is.

Avoid!!

Ordered a cool box which arrived in a cardboard box made from 2 different boxes cello-taped together. The cool box was cracked and extremely dirty. Emails sent asking for a re-fund and no response. Avoid this scam company!!

Do not order.

Ordered before having days off to work on a project. Next day delivery spent the last two days chasing and being told someone would ring me back and no one has. No responses to emails. Three holiday days wasted. Had to leave it with the credit card company.

Absolutely disgusting massive scam

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered a wheel barrow which was apparently not available after I had already placed my order, then they refunded the money for the wheelbarrow without asking me and kept my delivery money for no apparent reason as there was no delivery involved, after sending numerous emails they have stopped replying to me and I believe this to be a scam

Shockingly Bad Service

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery & 1 week later I’m still waiting, I’ve emailed them twice & have had response whatsoever. If you want your item quickly or expect some level of customer service Do Not Buy from this retailer

Don’t use!

Really wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering. I ordered broom handles for a scouting activity but like others they did not arrive in time. Their email blamed the delivery company but tracking showed the delivery co hadn’t received the item until after my email! We had to buy more at a higher cost from another supplier, not great for a charity. Do not use this company.

J-MART ripoffs

Ordered an item afterv4 days off no item i tryed to ring numerous times never answer and mail box always full probably with complaints , so tryed emails after about 6 emails they reply saying sorry all delivery companys are at a standstill at there main depots so left it another 2 days then emailed again same response, so I decided to ring around postal services as I was never given tracking info even after asking for it in my first email. All I git it was stuck a delivery depo as there at a stop which I now no were lies, avoid this company they lie and just want yz money, thsnk God i payed through PayPal explained that id been waiting 2 weeks fir my item znd PayPal refunded me within minutes avoid this company no customer service what so ever and lie.

Shocking…. I ordered 2 sunbeds and received email…

I ordered 2 sunbeds and received email confirmation of my order from JMart.
I received 2 faux leather folding chairs. There was no returns note in the package. I have emailed them several times without any response. Fortunately I paid by credit card and it is now being handled by the disputes department.

Hmm, same as many other reviews I’m afraid- ordered an item, hasn’t showed up and no response to email. Just avoid and hope they cease to trade would be my advice!

Avoid at all costs. Service is appaling

I ordered a garden table and chairs and whilst initially all was ok when the item was delivered there was a missing part from the table which means the table is unusable. I have now sent 4 emails asking what they are going to do about it and they have not even respond. If you call one of their numbers you are just told that the store doesn’t deal with online orders and just to email them. Pretty sure that I am not the only person who hasn’t got £130 to waste on an item that can not been used. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is appalling
