Item was faulty

Item was faulty. Dress fitted awfully. Then they said the return fee would could come out of my refund. Is this faire. The return fee £12.50 I only spent £26.99.i have sent the items back and they said I should let them know when I have posted it back then they will refund me. I posted it 1 day ago but with all the Christmas post who can say. Consumers please be aware of hidden return charges especially in small clothes based online companies.

Still awaiting refund.

I ordered the cropped denim jacket and it didn’t fit me properly. I checked the website for a refund which advised send them a email. I sent them an email requesting a refund.
Which they got back to me informing me that I could get a refund and return the product, but directed me to their website asking me to follow the return instructions. As stated the website says to email them.

I’ve sent a a further 2 emails and have not heard anything for about 2 weeks. Poor service.

UPDATE 11/11/23: Still awaiting on a refund, unfortunately can’t find a positive comment to write at the moment.

Great denim jacket and excellent…

Great denim jacket and excellent customer service when Royal Mail were VERY slow in delivering it. When my jacket hadn't arrived, I contacted JMOJO to advise them, their response was excellent and I cannot fault them. The jacket did eventually arrive and I was very pleased with it indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
