This is worst customer service. The so called women in there have horrible customer service. The website says they close at 5 I get here at 5:59 just to see them annoyed because they close at 6, I wait in there while I am ignored for 10 minutes and then was told Money gram closes off at 5, horrendous!!!

We now have notices on display at all our location indicating the extension for MoneyGram services. Please note that JN Money Service will continue to go until 6pm. We acknowledge the importance of providing clear information and we have made the necessary adjustments to ensure that the proper information is communicated. We appreciate your feedback, as it allowed us to improve our service.

VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. Even with two workers the lady was on the phone witch sound like a personal call. Not good customer service.
