Advertised Quantity not honoured

Delivery was efficient and items were well packed. Quality was mixed, but overall better than expected for customer returns stock.

However, there was a significant issue with quantity — I received only half of what was clearly stated in the listing.

When raised, this was dismissed on the basis that items are “customer returns” and sold via auction. This is not a condition issue — it is a clear discrepancy in what was advertised versus what was supplied.

The response effectively suggests that even where quantities are explicitly listed, they are not guaranteed. That raises serious concerns about the reliability of these listings.

Buyers should approach with caution if relying on stated quantities.

The items which I received they are either damaged or part missing.

The items which I received they are all parts missing or damaged. I will not recommend anyone to buy off this website. Very disappointing experience.

I was delivered just half of my order

I was delivered just half of my order. I wrote to them about it just after I received it and saw it missing. They said they'll check and came back to me 2 days later saying that they did send everything and closed my ticket.
This has happened multiple times so I even made video with unsealing the package to show them that it will contain missing stuff.

Because it's a bidding system, people stop bidding when the items get close to their retail value. But since you get half or worse than what you payed for, you get less value that if you've bought at retail price. Not only items are missing, but the ones that are there, are used or broken.
Since they're sold "as-is" you have nothing to say about it.

If you look at they're reviews on their own website and at the score on trust pilot, you'll see a hide difference. Because their reviews are false and auto inserted by them. Shows that a fair company they are.

Just stay clear of them and get new items with warranty. Economy is too tight right now to spend money on false promises.

EDIT:
Since I cannot add a reply to the reply I've received, I will do it here for transparency.

The total weight of the package should have been 3.75Kgs (3Kgs being the product and 0.75 being the packaging)

The problem is that I've received 1.5Kgs of PRODUCT, from the 3KGs I should have received, and not something tied to the extra 0.75 of packaging.
I should have received 3.75Kgs in total (3KG product + 0.75 packaging) but I received ~2.25KGs (1.5KG product + 0.75 packaging).

So stating that it's something tied to the 0.75 packaging makes no sense.

As can be clearly seen, even after I opened a support case, provided all details with pictures and the support team "checking" and concluding I was wrong, the support team doesn't even know what the issue actually is..

I was sent a bidet covered in poop and wee

I am totally disgusted with jobalots, i purchased a bidet when it arrived the box was wide open and the bidet was actually used and covered in poo and wee. A total bio hazard. I messaged them about it and was told things are not tested sold as is no refund. I advised them that the box was torn right open and you could see the fact it was covered in poop. How can they even think it was ok to post something so disgusting.

I bought a tool that was supposed to be…

I bought a tool that was supposed to be a customer return, but it turned out to be used and damaged. They also do not clearly state the shipping cost beforehand; after purchase, you are required to pay for shipping, which can sometimes be up to five times more than the item price. Don’t waste your money on this online shop.

BE VERY AWARE OF THE 'RETURNS POLICY' (HAHA) BEFORE YOU BUY!

I bought an electrical food heating box which was a 'customer return', ok, fair enough.
I figured it was the wrong colour perhaps or something like that.
NO, it was damaged but this only became apparent after unpacking for use.
Investigating the returns policy for Jobalots it became obvious that I had no chance of a refund due to their small print.

BEWARE..... BEWARE

25% short, jobslot just class this as a missing part even though there website terms say differently
After lots of emails going to and fro
I contacted my bank and received a charge back which they paid. Unfortunately jobslot eventually appealed and the bank repayed them
Jobslot then blocked my account with them every time I try to log in it says its the wrong password and can't be reset!!
BEWARE YOU DON'T GET WHAT WHAT IS ADVERTISED.

What I Like and DON'T LIKE

I like that the Platform exists and helps. However I have recently purchased like 4 batches of goods for resale,but 80% of the items came in bad conditions and i literally ended up discarding or personally use them. The previous once i purchased too including the pallets are similar but a bit better considering the number of items.
I do understand its an auction market but 85% bad condition( considering its different batches of different items) is just really painful.
