Nice company. Some goods are new, some used and some broken but at fair price. This website is not for everyone. By the way nice packaging

wether its big or small item. We the bidder takes time to win the bid as we want it. Broken or parts missing are fine but in so many cases entire products missed from package. Refund won't replace the joy of winning bid. And bidding is fun, that's the sole reason for its popularity .

Whole customer return items are dirty broked and can be used at all!!!

The lamp arrived broken and the racing wheel that i paid £70 for...doesn't work.
Can't say i was surprised..but didnt expect this bad of a service.
Would be advocating to my friends against this site

After last year's update, the starting price has become significantly more expensive. Now I don't want to buy much anymore.

Jobalot a few months ago was cheaper and better, now things are very expensive and very broken, I didn't receive all the things in my order, I'm always missing things

I would give zero stars if possible. Jobalots is essentially a gamble where the house always wins and the buyer gets stuck with the bill for their broken stock.
I received an item that was clearly damaged beyond the "expected" wear and tear of a return, yet my claim was flatly refused. They hide behind their "Customer Returns/As-Is" terms to justify sending out unsaleable junk. It’s one thing to buy a product that needs a minor repair; it’s another to be sent a paperweight and then told "tough luck" by a support team that clearly doesn't care about consumer rights.
Their business model relies on offloading broken inventory and then slamming the door shut when you point out the items are unusable or misdescribed. If you value your money, stay far away. They are happy to take your payment instantly, but they become ghosts the second there is an issue with the quality of what they’ve shipped.
Pros: None.
Cons: Zero accountability, deceptive descriptions, and a refusal to honor basic quality standards.
Advice to others: Don't let the "deals" fool you. You’re not buying a bargain; you’re paying Jobalots to empty their bins for them.

Part order still missing. Half order delivered. No communication regarding this.

Everything I ordered are very neat as it came from factory. This is wear I will be purchasing from henceforth. I don't have any regrets

When you sell people, computer screens that you know to be damaged and broken, send them packets of used and empty ink cartridges, pretending them to be full, send them amplifiers that do not function, monitor stands that are missing parts, laptop cases with broken zips and pieces of electronic equipment which are not lawful or suitable for sale in this country .... then accept no responsibility for the inaccurate descriptions or say that purchasers buy at their own risk. Absolutely refusing to accept any returns or make any refunds. There comes a point when one has to report them for fraudulent trading and warn the Credit Card companies that claims against them are about to significantly increase.
It simply cannot be legal in the UK or Europe to misrepresent a product in an auction - to not tell someone, in advance, that the item they are bidding for is incomplete or damaged. Certainly companies such as eBay and others pride themselves on their honesty and correct behaviour. Whereas Jobalots makes a fortune out of lies and theft.
