I applied for a job that they were recruiting for and got a call from an AI agent with all the conversational skills of a door handle. It proceeded with some sort of "interview" which was embarrassing on behalf of the recruiter and disrespectful to a potential employee that they can't even be bothered to ring or email someone as a first point of contact for their company - shocking! Then I was "shortlisted" which means they wanted all my sensitive documents in various forms, again all done without a whiff of a human being. I attempted uploading one of the many documents it asked for about 37 times before giving up due to a technical issue with their platform. I rang back the hopeless AI agent because apparently answering a phone to someone is too much effort, eventually requesting a call back (which has been ignored... obviously too much work). Then after receiving one of the many automated "You haven't completed your application" emails, I replied to that email, stating the same thing. Again I have been ignored. This is an embarrassing agency from my experience, I'll now avoid any listings that Job&Talent are recruiting for. As unlike Job&Talent, I value and respect myself and my time.

This agency is incompetent. Staff talk to you like rubbish, they forget to put holiday forms in. You dont get your payslips some weeks until after you have been paid, and some weeks you dont get paid until 4/5pm.

I had a very poor experience working with Job & Talent. The support from the agency is extremely lacking and it feels like employees are left to deal with issues on their own.
One major problem I faced was with my JD attendance bonus, which I did not receive due to an error in the agency’s shift allocation system. I attended all my allocated shifts and reported the issue to the manager on time, but it was not taken seriously. Despite following up several times, no proper action was taken and the issue was never resolved.
The management is very unresponsive and you often have to chase them multiple times just to get any response or help. Overall, the agency really needs to improve how they support and handle problems for their workers.

I am afraid, they are demanding to upload sensitive documents before even giving job... such as picture, passport, NI bank statement etc...during application process... why should I upload my passport... When i can give you my sharecode to check my right to work.
I am in really need of a job but i can't compromise my sensitive data...

I don’t understand why they use AI. I apply for 9 jobs until now. Only Clara AI. call me. Few questions and that’s all. Nothing about the job . Is a scam I think.

I enjoy working for Job & Talent THG Icon 2 started in the beginning of November there was plenty of shifts including overtime but unfortunately towards the end of the year and the beginning of this one the shifts have slowed right down not had a shift now since the 30th December so it's been a bit difficult as the contract is till the 29th of March but I understand it's a 0 hour contract so this happens hopefully it may pick back up as I have really liked working there on 12 hour night shifts 7pm-7am and if I was offered this on a full time permanent contract would take it no problem.

This is my honest opinion on jobandtalent I found the advert on indeed and from the moment I filled in the application the response time was absolutely amazing it took around 5 minutes from the application to a phone call to and appointment and once I was in employment the staff was 100% spot on never had any issues and if I did need help the onsite staff was happy to help so I would recommend jobandtalent to anyone thinking about using this agency

Today is 17 th of January and still didn’t get my salary from December. it is horrible -900 EUR in bank. where you can’t come forward from virtual which is ignoring you

Hahah where have they got a 3.1 rating? It should be the worst rating from all the agencies. I was scammed from my attendance bonus as they said if you attend on time there will be a bonus. However after they sent messages about me not being required on shift they said the actually company I work for didn’t pay it! I bet they did pay it but they are thieving pr**ks! I heard someone say this is like slave labour and honestly it’s so true! They don’t give a shit about anyone but themselves. They’re supposed to be responsible but they don’t even know the R to responsible!

The job and talent team have not helped me once with my p45 or holidays that are due to be paid I’ve emailed and called up I am in a emergency tax until they send my p45 over aswell and Lydia I think she’s called from Darlington was nothing but rude over the phone when I have asked for help
Would not recommend joining the agency just go directly to the employer them self

The only difference between working with Job and Talent and slave trade is that the workers have no chains on their necks. You can't even get sick or have emergency while working for these guys, they will terminate your contract if you dare call in sick. Clock in 2 seconds late and you will be sent home. The coordinators and everyone that work there are inhuman. Rather be unemployed than work for these guys again.
