Badly managed agency that treats workers like dirt on their shoe, the managers that are on the hut group site need a lesson in how to treat the workers that come in to do a shift instead they often send you home half way through a night's work if you've scanned in a minute late at the start of your shift, this agency sends you an offer of work just a few hours before the shift starts and if you can't do it they message you saying you will no longer be offered work, they sack you on the spot for the most trivial of reasons. How on earth do the hut group let this agency treat the workers like this, I can only presume they are not aware of what's going on or they're turning a blind eye to job and talents disgusting behaviour towards the agency workers.

It brought me back to my first job which was seafood and full time which there not alot of job that do so and the one day I was fhere it was about getting the job done as I find to much time on people can cause gossip that why in the future I would like to apply again when I'm settled I feel work should be the most important part of the job so I thank you for letting me experience the job that one day and if I could have the work phone number for the future I would be grateful thank you god bless just to say I am not sure of the one day I was there sorry I hope that day was near

Great exposure to all systems within a short period, The company is doing well but l think the system of training should be open and well communicated to the would be trainees

Communication: J&T sending outs important informations when necessary, this helps the staff keep update with work schedules, new positions, holidays and also accepting feedbacks review of whatsoever. This helps to keep staffs spot on.

Professionalism: the company maintains very good and professional conduct btw staffs & employers. They ensure health and safety rules are maintained at work to prevent work related risks and hazard’s.

I had a super good experience with this agency, whenever I needed something they helped me.

My and my friends experience is very very bad because thy r using u in busy time then without informing kicked out and then u call jt office no one receive ur call or just ignoring u

I was told there was a job. Came in to fill out the paperwork I already filled out on the website. waited till the day before I was supposed to start because I was informed they would send me the information just to be told they have no jobs. Then the guy told me I shouldn’t be crying to him about my problems. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re looking for work don’t waste your time with these people.
