Best customer service

Whilst on holiday last week, my Jobe SUP malfunctioned in a spectacular way. Luckily the board was on the beach at the time, but if you were on Woolacombe beach at the time I can only apologise!

But why the 5 star review I hear you say? Well….

The reason for the review is to call out the best customer service I have ever experienced from Jobe Sports International.

I raised the issue via WhatsApp on Tues 25th, and was responded to on Weds 26th asking me to fill in a warranty form. Which I duly submitted with photos a couple of hours later. On Thurs 27th a.m., less than 48 hours after first reporting the problem, I had confirmation from Jobe that a replacement board was to be sent out. Which arrived at home (before we got back!) on the Fri 28th, approx. 72 hours after initially reporting the issue. Amazing customer service.

What are my takeaways? 
- All of the communication was done electronically. And efficiently!
- At no point in the process did I feel Jobe was not interested in resolving, or trying to pass blame back to me
- And ultimately I not only felt like, but was treated like, a valued customer
- From their website, " We create unforgettable #jobemoments ". A company that not only talks the talk, but walks the walk.

Note Jobe has even changed their policy to simplify the process going forward "After purchasing your Jobe product(s), you are instantly ready to hit the water and your products are automatically covered under our [5-year] warranty program. Simple as that!".

Oh, and the design and quality is very good. And they put their hand up when not. You get what you pay for!

Poor customer service when order goes wrong - avoid

As someone who has been into watersports their whole life, Jobe has been part of that journey. However, a recent purchase of some watersport boots has unfortauntely caused me to leave this negative review. I ordered UK size 8 and a UK size 7 arrived which didnt fit. I whatsapped their customer service team who asked for photos. I sent these and they didnt reply. later that day I managed to speak to someone on the chat who said they would send me a return label (never received that). I sent another message a day later and got zero response. I contacted them again today for the 4th time and again the CS advisor said they would email me the return label in a few minutes. This is now half a day later and I still havent received anything. How on earth am I supposed to get the boots back Jobe and get the correct size???

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.
After talking to their salesman at Gold Coast show who assured me my size is "L", I bought the neoprene vest. It came a way too small, because most likely the "L" size is for Chinese men. It was small for my slim wife.
I sent it back ($30) telling them that as per my measurements I need XL+ (106 cm chest). It came today: Yes, it was XL+ but at lest still size or two small. They measure the west OUTSIDE not INSIDE as the body size is given. The incompetence is frightening. I am VERY sorry I got involved with them.

I ordered a Neoprene Life Vest Kids for…

I ordered a Neoprene Life Vest Kids for my child direct from Jobe, it arrived on time and was a good fit so sizing guide seems very accurate. Comfy and secure so seems a great choice. Build quality seems good so hopefully will last longer than my kids need it for!

Perfect for active water loving dogs!

I needed to find a life vest for my small dog to keep him safe out on the water - after reviewing what felt like hundreds - I decided to go with Jobe and I couldn't be happier! The sizing on the website was accurate, so when the jacket arrived it fit perfectly. It's buoyant but still allows my dog to run freely and swim without it getting in the way. The quality is great, it has a sturdy grab handle and I can see this jacket lasting a good while - even with my reckless dog putting it through hell!

Price, Fit, Quality, Style = A+++
Highly recommend!

I have been using Jobe products

I have been using Jobe products, for several Years already and I just bought Jobe multiposition board, that is just superb! But there was problem with bag that did not fit, but Jobe custumer support made solution without delay. Thank you for that 5 star team!

Unify life vest

bought a couple of their Unify life vests from them. Very good quality, has pocket for phone and look awesome. Only thing I would say is beware of the sizing as it seems to run small, it also arrived with a different size chart which isn’t displayed on the website.
