Top notch customer service

Bought two SUPs (Yarra & Brabus) and both developed slight peeling, purely cosmetic. Jobe replaced both within a matter of days. Fantastic customer service for top quality products. Backed up by a three year warranty - what more could you want.

Good product but slow post & will not refund returns

Good product. Awful delivery and customer service.
Ordered a life vest that took almost a week to arrive via UPS. Was far too small so ordered another and sent the small one back.
New one took over a week to arrive and had to rearrange delivery.
Chased up for refund of returned vest. Response on Online chat but no refund.
Had to chase payment through Paypal.

Great service from 2 outstanding MOS…

Great service from 2 outstanding MOS Olaf and Carina who helped out with the recall board and got my new board to me. Love the quality of the Jobe SUPs and other items. Difficult times, but done with great service. Would happily buy from Jobe again.

Fabulous life support neoprene jacket

Fabulous life support. Perfect fit speedy delivery ordered one evening and received the following afternoon-it’s already been in its first maiden voyage. Have recommended to friends and other paddlers thanks again. 5 stars

While away on holiday in the lakes

While away on holiday in the lakes this July we came accross a group of paddle boarders, they all had Jobe boards of different models. Having never boarded before we asked questions that resulted in my wife and I having a go. Long story short we have invested in 2 Jobe Yarra boards and having viewed many Utube videos spent 2 x 2hrs last weekend on a local lake, standing and paddling on our first attempts, now I'm no expert but I would say that the Yarra has to be one of the most stable and versitile boards on the market. We are both well into our 50's never surfed, skate boarded, ski'd or snow boarded but we have taken to this sport and board like a duck to water.

I purchased a Duna SUP in November

I purchased a Duna SUP in November. The first time I took it out I lost the screw. I had lots of issues getting another one sent out.

The paddle has chipped a lot which I feel is down to poor coating.

After 7 months the deck has started to come away. I contacted customer services straight away and it hasn't been great service. After 5 days communicating they finally admitted that they have a manufacturer problem. They asked if I would send a deconstruction image to them and then they would send me a replacement as they did not want to collect my product. I had no idea what they wanted I was told they wanted me to cut the board in half. I was disgusted as the board could probably still be used if the decking could be stuck down I don't think it will cause an issue with use but I have spent £800 on this and would expect better. Jobe then said I would need to put it in landfill. How unsustainable is Jobe becoming?

I'd asked for calls for 5 days finally I received one and I was then told that I had abused their customer service team?? As someone who has been abused I was appaulled at their comment.

I have lost complete faith in Jobe's products and their customer service needs to be reviewed.

Because I don't want a replacement board and have asked for my money back they have also retracted their statement that I could keep the board they are know looking to arrange a courier which is a complete 100% turnaround in previous communication.

I would advise people buy with caution.

I have purchased many products from…

I have purchased many products from Jobe and I strongly recommend them. I do recieve all my orders faster than expected. What is most important is that the goods are of such quality that they last a long time. I strongly recommend them as a company, designe and quality!!!

Ordered my body warmer pfd online, it was such an easy experience. When it arrived earlier than expected I was overjoyed. Fit is great a really nice product to use.

Bought a replacement main tube bladder

Bought a replacement main tube bladder. It shipped and came timely but the box was damaged and the new bladder was packaged with no internal packaging just throw in the box in a fumble. Not even so sure it’s new

I have ordered a life vest that cost me…

I have ordered a life vest that cost me over £100. Size was far too small, returned it to have it swapped for a bigger size and never heard from Jobe again. Then asked for exchange to be cancelled and for item to be refunded and nothing. Keep asking for help on the chat, someone replies asking for prove of having sent the parcel back. I give it to them then silence. Delivery was good, product seemed great despite too small for me but customer care is poor and I have ended up losing my money. And the return fee was on me as well. Having to chase them up made me lose trust with the brand and I won’t be ordering again from them in the future nor will I recommend their products.
