Hi Jeff - thanks for the feedback, and sorry this didn't go the way you expected. Your subscription has been canceled, so there will be no further charges.
On the plan: the $5 covers a 3-day trial. Before payment, the checkout screen shows the renewal price: $99 for the plan plus $24 per add-on kept selected - along with a line stating that canceling within those 3 days means only the $5 is charged.
On performance: your search screened several hundred postings for location and pay, surfaced multiple strong matches to your profile, and applied to dozens of roles on your behalf. On average it takes around 91 applications before a first interview invitation arrives, and a few days in isn't enough time to judge that.
Our support team has already been in touch with you, and we're glad to keep working through this.

Turning that into interviews is a different problem, and it usually comes down to how the search is configured - match threshold, locations, work type. A threshold set high, or a location filter narrower than you'd actually accept, quietly cuts the number of openings you ever reach. It's worth checking those before adding more applications.

Apparently the "Unsubscribe" button is…
Apparently the "Unsubscribe" button is not available all the time. What do i mean by that? well i am paid for a full month and wanted to unsubscribe and am told that its "Not always there"...and you have to "Email Support" to unsubscribe.
BTW support is 48-72 hours for a response to just unsubscribe.
This service is already very expensive for what it is... steer clear.

Cancelling doesn't require emailing us: it takes a couple of clicks inside your account, and the Support widget there handles it as well - that's the same link our team sent you when you asked, and your subscription was cancelled right then. No further charges, and full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
On the value side, here's what the account did over those months: hundreds of applications submitted for you, dozens of employers coming back with follow-up questions, and a run of interview invitations on top of that - all of it visible in your dashboard, along with a handful of items still waiting for a quick answer from you. That's months of manual applying, done in the background.

Quick tip while you're early on: you've got a stack of items waiting in Action Required and one employer asking for extra info - those are the closest to turning into interviews, so they're worth a few minutes today. Good luck with the search!

Disappointing job search experience
I had high expectations, but unfortunately my experience with the job search service was quite disappointing. I spent a significant amount of time applying for jobs, but the overall process did not lead to the results I was hoping for.
There were quite a few job listings, but I found that the quality and relevance of some positions were not great. I also felt that the service could do a better job of matching candidates with suitable opportunities.
Overall, I wouldn’t say the experience was terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as effective as I expected. There is room for improvement, especially when it comes to job matching, listing quality, and delivering meaningful results for job seekers.

That part is deliberate: we pull from a much wider set of sources than the big boards, and a lot of the good local roles never make it onto them, or get buried within hours.

Lost my hard saved money in this Scam
My experience with JobHire.ai was extremely disappointing.
I paid $179.1 on 09July26 for the service and did not receive any value.
On the first day, it showed random jobs that didn't match my skills.
From the next day onward, no jobs appeared on my dashboard at all.
The platform lacks proper filters to find relevant opportunities.
Many genuine jobs available on other job portals never appeared here.
Instead, it kept showing irrelevant job listings.
When I requested a refund, I was told the refund policy had changed after 14 days.
I believe changing refund terms after purchase is unfair.
I lost $160 and would advise others never to subscribe and you will definitely loose your money.

don't spend your money on this one
it started out ok, signed up in the late afternoon and had 6 applications within a couple of hours. when I got up the next morning, had 2 more. then nothing after that. when I asked, 2 days later why I hadn't gotten another application I was told.. batching, they don't do it all day long. it'll be a full week on Tues and still not a single additional application. I paid 47 bucks and they DO NOT do refunds. only credits. don't waste your time or money on this site.
