Terrible service. They over charged me and wouldn’t refund me until I called my bank. Additionally, after I called my bank about being overcharged, they stopped applying for jobs for me. I asked for a refund because of this, and they refused. Now I’m waiting for my bank to resolve the issue yet again. I’ve had the service for six days and they’re supposed to have applied for 120 jobs for me by now at the least. They have applied for 46. This is a SCAM and a rip off. Plus, they put me in for tons of jobs that I am not qualified for. HUGE waste of money and time.

In the beginning, it was a little confusing. But once you adjust the settings and optimize your flow, it's actually pretty helpful. I was averaging fifty plus applications per day and they were fairly quality applications.

I subscribed for the 3 day trial only and on the third day they charged me for a full year. Refused to refund and I had to file a dispute with my bank. The charge was $171.

The experience so far has been good. The website is a little bit ambiguous and confusing.

This is a scam. Save your time and money.

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would do it. This company is nothing more than swindlers. Promising you an interview within 14 days, guaranteeing refund if not. I tried for 2 weeks with this platform contacted them within the first two days of signing up. I notified them that I was not getting jobs that I was anywhere near qualified for. They said to give the platform a few more days and then at the end of the two weeks they would refund my money if I had no interviews. I followed up at the two-week mark per their direction, received no response. Followed up again, at that time I was notified their policy had changed and I was no longer eligible for a refund. This has been a common complaint that I found amongst people who have used their services online. Nothing more than AI garbage and hallucinations.

Their policies are unclear, and their customer service is worse. This is borderline scam. I paid $18 in add-ons for AI cover letter and resume customizations that were never even attempted. This is wrong!

I used JobHire.AI for the initial promotion period. It is a very immature service, not able to catenate or improve model efficiency once you have entered your initial input, e.g. there were several mistakes in my profile that I could not change despite many efforts. The job matches that it produced were 99% useless. I then tried to cancel the service, which is a very involved process and then they charged me an automatic renewal. VERY SHADY PRACTICE STAY AWAY!

Fast, relevant positions, and access to decision makers and HR teams. Feel like the application for hire process is actually moving finally.

Beware of the bait-and-switch refund policy. I signed up specifically for their money-back guarantee, but the platform failed to deliver. After I approved several job submissions, they disappeared from the system, leaving only one. The platform then completely stopped finding new jobs, even though plenty were active on other sites. When I reached out for the promised refund, they retroactively changed their policy and refused to honor it. This feels like a scam—save your money
