1 Star – Avoid this company

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with JobHire.AI was incredibly disappointing.

The service simply did not work as advertised for me. I repeatedly contacted support, adjusted my search settings exactly as instructed, and still received poor results. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I requested a refund.

Instead of addressing the fact that I had already reported problems, the company denied my refund by pointing to a newly updated refund policy. That felt incredibly unfair considering I had raised these issues before the policy change and had already been trying to get help.

The most frustrating part wasn’t just the money—it was the lack of accountability. Support responded politely, but the only solution offered was a free extension for a service that wasn’t delivering value in the first place.

I have screenshots, emails, receipts, and a documented timeline showing my attempts to resolve the issue before disputing the charge. If customer satisfaction mattered, they would have worked toward a fair resolution instead of hiding behind a policy update.

There are plenty of AI job search tools available today. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased this because it was a money back guarantee. Showing results in hours to a few days. I did most of the extra free add ons. In 17 days I received no application. I did have my settings set on the smaller settings. Today they came out with a new refund policy. I am now not eligible because I won’t add up to 5 states I am willing to work in. I don’t think this is how you run a good company. Don’t spend your money.

Very easy to navigate. And once you’ve gone through the initial setup it does all of the work for you.

The service provided is excellent. It really cuts down on the hours spent going through job postings on ALL of the separate sites, then going to your AI agent and trying to align what you submit with each posting.

I cancelled the service and was told NO REFUND! Total waste and questionable business practices. This is the similar kind of thing that got ADOBE a $150 million fine with the FTC. Do not use this service.

JobHire looked promising at first, but the experience fell far short of the marketing.

The platform creates the impression that it's actively working on your behalf, but there's very little transparency into what is actually happening behind the scenes. After spending time and money using the service, I saw no measurable improvement in my job search, no increase in quality interviews, and no evidence that it provided any advantage over applying on my own.

What frustrated me most was the lack of meaningful results despite all the promises. The dashboard and automation features may look impressive, but they didn't translate into real opportunities. At the end of the day, I found that my own networking, direct outreach to recruiters, and applying through LinkedIn produced far better outcomes.

If you're considering paying for JobHire, I'd encourage you to manage your expectations. Based on my experience, it's a polished product with a compelling sales pitch, but not one that delivered enough value to justify the cost.

Gave them everything they needed and got 3 recommendations all month. I even removed parameters to get more options, but even then it gave me mid and high level careers when i specified entry level.

I actually like this website because I don't have to attempt to apply to a bunch of jobs that I don't have the time or mental capacity for. I'm also glad it asks for my approval before submitting an application on my behalf. I also like it gets around some of those pesky ATS filters.

It seems great at first. Know that they will apply on your behalf using an email address inaccessible to you. This will make it impossible to create accounts required to proceed in the application process.
