Found through the RICS web site. Was not disappointed in any way.
I found this company in a list on the RICS website and they seemed to have a good body of positive feedback. My own experience then reflected that feedback. They were able to accommodate me within a few days (good, because I'd left it late). The surveyor turned up on time on the day agreed, was polite and courteous during the inspection, and explained what would happen going forward. The resulting report was thorough and well-illustrated. I would have no reason not to use Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors again in future if needed.

Don't buy without a Joe Fraser survey
A fully comprehensive survey that is easy to understand with photographic evidence to back up the findings. The surveyor was also readily available and willing to discuss in depth the report which was very helpful. We have used Joe Fraser twice now, the first one prevented us from making a purchase that would have been a costly mistake.

Meeting Joe was a pleasure. A very professional surveyor, polite, considerate and very honest. It was as if he had lifted a great load off my shoulders with the problems I have had since March. I am not a builder but suspected that the work was done just as Joe reported.? I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional surveyor.
