This is the best running shop in the southeast by far. Every time I visit their knowledge and advice is beyond anything I have experienced in mainstream shops. What is so impressive is that they have running shoes for flat feet, wide feet and for a runner with bow legs. Not easy but they had the solution. I recommend visiting the shop and not just ordering online.

I went in as a new runner having been given warnings from experienced running friends about over priced brands, etc. and I was possibly spoiled from on-line pricing of older models of trainers. (there are plenty of discussions about whether expensive trainers are worth it for the new runner; and I believe personal guidance is very much needed to make sense of it all.) The small shop seems to only carry the latest models and I didn’t see any equipment to help a beginner like me, work out what to buy. It was a poor exchange with the man who talked with me and I heard laughter behind me as I left the shop. I believe that if you are an experienced runner who knows your sizes, brand styles, etc. then this will likely be a good shop. If you’re starting out then possibly avoid Jog Shop as it doesn’t seem like they have much patience to manage the expectations of those new to running or buying what are expensive shoes.

Brilliant service by Sam. Great range of both road and trail shoes. Walked out with 2 pairs and will be back. If your local and looking forward a great range of running shoes go check them out.

Bought headphones online. Cheaper than Amazon, really nice comms with company. They even changed packaging as the purchase was a present for my wife. Definitely would recommend

Although based at a store in Brighton, they provided an excellent on-line service with prompt and knowledgeable customer service from a real person ! Competitive prices too and efficient delivery.

Great service as always. Good price and very quick delivery. Best running shop in Brighton and now with online service. Saved a trip in to get a new pair of Brooks Beast :-)
