The ring pulls on the tins of sardines are so weak and flimsy that they come away as one lifts them up regardless of how gently one does so!

I absolutely love the light tuna and pasta john west I have to eat healthy and have enough protein as well and this really helps me it tastes fantastic whoever came up with the idea may you have good luck all year round it keeps me full for longer and tastes amazing thank you

Fly in cod liver
I opened a tin of cod liver and in between 2 pieces I found a big fly. So I reported it to there customer service. No response at all. Very much doubt the health standards of John West. Never buy anything from the John West brand again.
