The company John Hughes VW 61 Shepperton Rd in Victoria Park

The company John Hughes I don’t have an issue with, however its employing staff at Volkswagen and in particular only one staff member was the issue with customer service.
It is quite normal practice to negotiate when purchasing a car and in this instance I gave the sales person an offer which was not unreasonable and he wrote back to me to say that i cannot afford the car and he will take my silly offer to his business owner John Hughes which was $1,500 less than the asking price!! . I find this disrespectful for someone to judge and make this statement without even knowing the person. This person acted in an unprofessional way and from this lost a customer who was willing to pay!!
This does not look good for the company he works for and it might be a reminder for business owners to consider reviews and feedback seriously from customers.

Brought a brandnew Chery in Wangara…

Brought a brandnew Chery in Wangara last year in August and had multiple problems with the brakes jaming up and the service department cracked the inside of the dashboard never told me. The service guy told me the brakes are screeching because there is dust on the brake pads.. even though its park in a garage. The Bluetooth and maps has never worked the whole time iv had it. The dash board blacks out. My chery currently in the service due to ongoing brake issues and 8 weeks after they cracked the screen still no date when it will be replaced and do not have a day for pick up. Terrible faults unfortunately when you pay alot of money for it.

John Hughes Carz4u used cars

John Hughes Carz4u used cars, 170 Welshpool road, is definitely NOT your car buying destination, based on my experience. My story starts with John Hughes himself pointing me to the Welshpool yard where he had some Land cruisers for sale after a failed attempt to purchase Hyundai Palisade through arrogance from a Manager. I chose a Land cruiser within my budget and requested an inspection from a third party. They allowed me to drive it to my mechanic where a sign of oil was evident directly under the engine protection plate. On return to the car yard, the salesperson, (Steve Davis) asked how it went, I mentioned that there was signs of oil leak and couldn’t see where it was coming from, so we put it down to spillage from an oil change as it was close to the oil drain. Other faults were pointed out like, doors wouldn’t lock, damage to the second row seats, Bumper bar damaged, roof damage in 3 places, Battery fault, Radiator leaking, High revs by starting, Oil leaks. Some items were fixed, others refused. Vehicle went in for high revs problems and oil leaks. After discussions with the service Advisor, they kept the vehicle for 3 days, could not fix the revs (I had it fixed by Toyota at my expense, and was told by John Hughes service advisor that the oil leak was fixed by replacing a leaking seal. It was NOT the leak in the first place; the actual oil leak was directly above the seal dripping onto it, making it look like it was faulty. The oil was leaking from the timing chain cover which is directly above this hose and consequently disregarded by the workshop technician and everyone else including; Workshop Manager Eddie Majid, Service Advisor Shane Woolhouse, and John Hughes who refuses to listen and keeps saying we fixed the leak. I had the vehicle inspected by an independent MTA Automotive at the time of purchase, and again now. The same oil leak is still there. The seal they replaced is still full of oil and the original timing chain is still leaking as we speak. It doesn’t stop here, my wife’s MG zs purchased new, at the time we were told that the GPS would be updated by every service done by them, we were shocked when their service advisor presented me with an on line link for us to do it ourselves. Cost $150. What a joke.

Deceptive Practices Unethical Pressure: A Cautionary Tale of Sebastian John Huges Wangara a deeply disappointing…

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience dealing with Sebastian (salesperson) John Hughes Wangara, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale with others. The dealership's salesperson engaged in deceptive practices and applied unethical pressure that left me feeling manipulated and taken advantage of.

During my visit to the dealership, I informed the salesperson that I needed to sell my current car before committing to a purchase. They proposed that I sign a contract to secure the car I was interested in, with the understanding that the purchase would proceed once I successfully sold my vehicle. To protect my interests, I specifically requested that the contract include a clause stating that I would not be obligated to buy their car if I couldn't sell mine. The salesperson agreed and included the statement in the contract.

However, the following day when I returned to provide the required document copies, the salesperson presented me with an additional document that omitted the crucial observation we had agreed upon. Claiming it was a standard procedure, they pressured me into signing it without fully explaining its contents. Unfortunately, I trusted their reassurances and proceeded to sign the document.

As time went on, I encountered great difficulty in selling my car. When I finally informed the dealership that I had been unsuccessful, the salesperson immediately resorted to applying intense and unethical pressure on me to force the purchase of their car, completely disregarding the agreement we had made. They conveniently ignored the clause we had discussed and manipulated the situation to make it seem like I had no other choice but to buy their car.

The level of dishonesty and lack of integrity displayed by the salesperson at Sebastian is deeply disturbing. I felt trapped and manipulated throughout the entire process, with their sole focus being on making a sale, regardless of our initial agreement or my circumstances.

I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Sebastian to exercise extreme caution. Their deceptive practices and willingness to apply undue pressure are a clear indication of their lack of ethical business standards. I regret ever engaging with this dealership and strongly advise potential buyers to seek alternatives where their needs and agreements will be respected.

In conclusion, my experience with Sebastian serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and standing firm against unethical practices. The actions of this dealership's salesperson were a betrayal of trust, and I hope that by sharing my story, others will be spared from falling victim to their deceptive tactics.
