Waitrose (JL), gift card was sold and supposed to have £500 on it, when it was used it have only £70. JL are making it extremely difficult to get any refund, even though they have admitted that card (and others) issued in Canary Wharf were compromised. Sent sever emails all with have no email address to reply to and the customer care respondent only giving a first name!!!
