Awful

Awful. Pan rusted after the first use the same day I received it. I sent an email to their customer service department a week ago and still haven’t heard back from them.

Brutal!!! Stand behind your product!!!

Expect to wait much longer then you we're lead to believe...

Currently at 2 weeks waiting for shipping information or even any sort of update as to when my order might eventually ship. I have exchanged a few emails in which I have been reassured info will be relayed asap. However a week has gone by since the first email and then another 3 days since the last with a promise to provide some information. Originally the order said 4 to 5 days, then it was explained that was the time until it would be shipped. After the first week it was then business days until it shipped. I just want to know when or if I will receive my order, especially as I am now on the hook with my employer for the purchase in the meantime and is beginning to create a very unfortunate and awkward situation at work. I know things happen and delays are sometimes unavoidable but being completely in the dark, with just pacifying responses, I'm edging towards thinking it's a scam.

Updated - Appears not to be a scam after all, after 3 weeks I got my tracking number finally, assuming it shows up in a few days as it says I will update again. I will say I never got any information from their customer service at all just promises to provide info and then nothing until the tracking number was auto emailed to me.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered an ice machine head believing it would be compatible with my existing ice bin. Within hours of placing the order—while it was still marked as “order received” I contacted customer service to confirm compatibility. I was then informed that the unit would not be compatible due to differing specifications.
Based on that information, I immediately requested that the order be cancelled and explicitly instructed that it should not be shipped.
Despite multiple calls and emails over the following days, I was later told that the item had already been shipped three days after the order was placed. This is unacceptable, especially given my clear and timely cancellation request.
To make matters worse, I was charged for shipping, and I am now expected to pay return shipping costs (over $300) along with a restocking fee for an item I made every effort to cancel before it was processed.
This experience feels highly unprofessional and unfair. I have since learned that others have had similar issues, which raises serious concerns about business practices.
I strongly caution others to be very careful before purchasing, as cancelling orders appears to be unnecessarily difficult and costly.

My wife loved the mixer

My wife loved the mixer. It took awhile to get here but it was worth the wait. It works wonderfully. Makes great bread, dips, meringues, very versatile. There was a misunderstanding about the delivery date but Kelly at the Windsor store really helped out and we resolved the issue.

Amazing machines …

I ordered my Technivorm coffee maker and bean grinder on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday. Everything was well packaged. The instructions are straightforward and the machines are definitely well made. I owned a breville with attached bean grinder for 10 years until it started acting up and not making great coffee anymore. I was going to replace it with the same machine until I read the negative reviews. I did a lot of research and read many reviews before settling on Technivorm. I don’t mind investing good money in something that makes a delicious cup of coffee and will last a long time. 10 out of 10!!

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for.
Pleasant shopping experience and fast shopping.
Amazing quality stainless steel skillet.
Cooks amazing just like the rest of our Demeyere Atlantis pots.
Very easy to clean.

Only 2 complaints:
1. Missing lid, for that price should include a lid.
2. Handle is a little narrow sonchallenging to tilt skillet sideways like when trying to pour out contents.

Updated: Still haven’t received the order yet…

Still haven’t received the order yet even though I ordered about a month ago. Emailed several times about this issue. Tracking number provided was invalid. Getting the runaround and nobody seems to care. I would have given no stars but that wasn’t possible, so one star rating.

Update 2026-03-02: the deluxe attachment set arrived in good shape today, to my relief. Shipping took one month in which no feedback, tracking, or status updates were provided. Upgrading my review to 3 stars from 1; they lost 1 star for the long shipping time and another for the lack of information, inability to fix the tracking problem, and the runaround.

Poor quality items and inefficient…

Poor quality items and inefficient packaging. Sold in set of 10 but the real case size is 6, so the shipment got broken down to 2 boxes of 6 and 4 pieces. No padding inside, out of 10 units, 5 had badly broken corners. Would not repurchase and do not recommend.

This device is more difficult to use…

This device is more difficult to use compared to our old coffee maker but it produces decent coffee. This new device is not worth what we paid when compared to our old device and since it is more difficult to use and the output is no better in quality I would not give it a rave review.

Product arrived damaged

Product arrived damaged. Solution from customer service was to hammer out dent in cookware and offer a $20.00 gift card on next purchase.
Not the best customer service (in my opinion).
Gave the pot away. Bought Made In pot. Should have done that the first time.
