This holiday at the bellagio and magic…
This holiday at the bellagio and magic 2 was pretty fabulous, staff at johnsons Elvin Asma were proficuent and all went to plan like they said.
Magic 11 was a lovely ship refurbished, clean, comfortable and pretty decent food, cold was cold and hot food hot! Digitally temperature controlled staff amazing, friendly, helpful and try to speak in ur language nothing, nothing too much trouble.
Our guide mohammed was the perfect host, knowledgeable, courteous, impeccable manners, very helpful to all, at any time!!! He also had to deal with a very rude egoistic man but he dealt with him in a sound and proper manner there was a lady in our group with mobility issues and he never faltered to help her to visit the places she wanted.
He was the perfect egyptian guide he konws his subject well and his interpretation to us was without doubt perfect.

The bellagio hotel was extremely clean, pretty decent food plenty of it, lovely large heated pool. A bit lacking in evening entertainment but who cares when the suns out staff are helpful rooms good.

Thank GOD!!!! For Venky!!! I dont know where me and my family would be without him!!! I was finding it so hard to find a nice holiday for my daughter and he made everything so easy and relaxing. He went above and beyond for us and we will never forget all he has done! Im so greatful for him! I will not be booking any more holidays else where from now on only with and through venky!
