Their knowledge and their commitment to each and every customer is first class. Mike, who looked after my booking, was polite, helpful and informative throughout, keeping me updated and making the whole process straightforward. Amy on reception was also very pleasant and helpful, adding to the friendly and professional experience.
I actually travel a little further to use this Hyundai dealership because I value the quality of service and the way customers are looked after. It's always worth going somewhere you know you can rely on

Great job on my i10 and as usual Hagen was excellent at service desk he sorted out a new service plan for me. Only thing I miss is the complementary car wash and clean each year!

I was offered a great part exchange value and the sales person listened to what I needed in a newer car and made recommendations. I was able to sit in any of the cars I wanted to see and arranged to test drive the one I ended up buying.

Johnsons Volkswagen Liverpool were really helpful and I'd recommend them because communication was excellent through phone calls and emails. Oliver spoke with myself around working out a deal and Martin supervised the hand over. Both of them were very professional, efficient but also down to earth. I made a 13 hr round trip to collect my new car and they were very accommodating and made the experience very worthwhile. Excellent customer service all round and far better than the vw garage near me. Thank you.

Amazing 5 star service from Calvin and Adrian at Johnson’s VW. From our initial enquiry on the ID4 that had just arrived in to stock, Calvin took great care and paid attention to important details by giving us video updates, regular phone calls and email communications. My wife and I were very impressed. Special thank you to Steven the manager who come over the end of the handover to see us away, you have some talented individuals in your team and a real testament to VW and your dealership. Thank you once again for your help in sorting everything out remotely, the whole process was just a breeze from start to finish.
