Superb quality shoes and brilliant customer service. Unfortunately on this occasion I had to return shoes as they were not the best fit and yet even the return process was speedy and dealt with professionally. My son already has 3 pairs of JW shoes which are proving to be comfortable, classy and hard wearing.
