Been in love with JW shoes for many years, brought two pairs of suede loafers back in the 90s, still have them, unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes I needed ( size ) only, so I had to return them, CS where brilliant sorted everything.

Incredible shoes and amazing customer service
First came across John White shoes through Facebook, I had been looking for a pair of suede loafers and their Banff penny loafers looked very good in the photos. In real life they were much better, the feel and quality just superb. Regretfully I ordered a size too big, but after contacting their customer service, a return label was sent and a replacement pair were soon dispatched. I am between sizes, and the replacement are still a little big, but John White has been keen and prompt in offering alternatives for me. Their customer service is just second to none! One happy customer.

John White - great shoes and great service
I have bought a number of pairs of John White shoes and I am very happy with them.
I purchased a pair of the suede loafers and they came up too large for my size.
John White contacted me by phone and offered to send a smaller size and, other alternatives.
However, i have never had a problem with sizing so they sent a return label,
tracked by the Royal Mail, and refunded me the payment.
The shoes, as always, were really lovely.

Fantastic chukka boots - and the packaging for postal delivery was sublime.
Really impressed with the quality of these tan leather boots and the design, feel and look are exceptional.
Am tucking these away for autumn and winter - but the quality is exceptional as ever. And an amazing bargain in the sale.
But the packaging - utterly sublime. Such a stylish box, and a lovely accompanying letter.
