Brought A Kids Trampoline For My Little Girls 4th Birthday Which Came With A Free Ladder And Raincover , Still Waiting For It To Turn Up 6 Months Later , Tried Contacting Join2Buy But No Response. Would Not Buy From Them Again :(

Pleased with the toy kitchen which is sure to give our Granddaughter hours of entertainment but was very disappointed with the way it was packaged for sending from Germany. There were many small item in the original manufactures box which were able to move freely without any real packing around them, while in transit and amazingly only one small wooden piece was broken. We are able to fix this our selves but it could have be worse.

I placed an order for a 4 wheel go kart for my sons birthday in june. Delivery was 2 to 4 weeks. Its now 2 weeks to Christmas and still nothing. Not been informed at all no emails or calls nothing. sent emails that haven't been replied to. Tried phoning customer services. phone kept ringing then someone would pick up and put it straight down and cut me off. Got really mad so phoned continuously 23 times until someone answered. He told me my order was stuck in customs in spain. I could wait or send an email asking for a refund. So I did and haven't had anything back. Considering going to trading standards. My son is really disappointed he hasn't got his go kart. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again and would not recommend them.

I have complain several times, and the answer was allways the same: you Will receive the order next week, we have problems with our warehouse....

Purchased product listed as available. Product results not available, so they proposed to wait months or buy alternatives. Rejected alternatives and asked for a refund. Responded positively to emails and phone calls, but never repaid. I proceed to court.

I have sent numerous E.Mails and I have been assured by your team that I would get a Refund. I ordered and paid for this item on the 7th.June 2013. If this matter is not settled forthwith I' am afraid I will have to take up this matter with Trading Standards or The Small Claims Court. I' am even considering putting this Matter with Rouge Traders Section of the B.B.C.

Ordered go kart in June, i chased up order October to be told none available, asked for refund, still waiting!!!!

I ordered a go kart from this company in June and was aware that there was a delivery time of 30 days.The £125 was taken from my account immediately the order was placed. The 30 days came and went. Efforts to get information via phone calls were to no avail, and eventually a reply to an email resulted in me being told that the item was unavailable, and as they could not substitute it with an alternative kart, they offered a refund. I am still waiting for the refund despite getting a national newspaper to take up my case, and having yet another promise from the company.
The customer service of this company is almost nil. The go kart in question sounded too good to be true, and I was rather skeptical about dealing with the company, and only did so after being pressurised by my grandson and daughter. I wish I had used my intuition, and would advise all to steer clear of this company.

I ordered a go kart from join2buy on 7th September for £161.00 with a delivery date of 35 to 60 days. No delivery received. I contacted the company on 1st November for an update on delivery as it was due for delivery to be told they were not able to get hold of the go kart so they would refund my money. Then they had the cheek to tell me it would be 30 days for the refund. They have already had my money for over 60 days and now I am having to battle to get it back. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER YOU BREACHED THE CONTRACT BY FAILING TO PROVIDE THE GOODS. I want my money back. I am still waiting for the refund and have had to go through my credit card company to try and get my money back DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

SO HELPFULL EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM BURNT OUT AFTER ONE WEEK THERE COMMS AND OFFERS OF HELP AND GENRAL ATTITUDE WERE THE BEST I HAVE COME ACROSS IN YEARS AFTER A SHORT WHILE A FULL REFUND WAS FORTHCOMING TO CREDIT CARD THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND WE SHALL USE AGAIN THANKS TO ALL AT JOIN 2 BUY

I'm going to write a positive review here for once. I was one of the hesitant to buy I must admit after reading all these reviews. I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and it came weeks before it should have and its working like a beauty! I highly recommend this company. The prices are worth the wait! And I got lucky and my wait wasn't even that long! Thank you :)

I purchased a sea scooter on 22nd July, it hadn't arrived within the 35 day maximum delivery time, I emailed the company and was told it would arrive within the week, a week later I messages again and got no response, a few days later I emailed again and again was ignored.. 57 days after the purchase and payment was made I still haven't received the product or any updates on where my purchase is.
Have today reported them to PayPal who if enough people do they will remove them from the companies they do business with.
This was an expensive item and I've now requested a full refund, let's hope they don't just ignore this request!!! I was hoping to purchase a bigger item from them as am searching for a 2 storey playhouse... I will definitely not be using join2buy ever again unless I receive a full refund and explanation for the very poor service

At first I did some research and finally I decided to order a vacumrobot from Join2buy. Everything went well, but at first I could not make the payment because the IBAN number was wrong. Sent an email, ok problem fixed, payment done. Shipment arrived, everything ok.

Next thing I ordered was a playhouse for my little daughter. Again, the IBAN number was still wrond on the website. Although I already mentionned this on the order I made 4 months earlier. No problem, I used the IBAN I got from the representative I mailed with the first time. Delivery took somewhat longer than I should have, but finally it arrived.

I assembled the house and when looking at the parts one by one, 2 parts had defects (cracks in the plastic) on it. I took photos and sent them through to the info@join2buy.com but until the current day no answer, which has been for 2 months now.

A pitty, because if handled right this could be a great deal of business which could generate a lot of money. All the people are suffering from the crisis and looking on how to have some more money in the end.

For me it is unclear on how to go further from here on out, because I do not get an answer form the customer support.

i have recently left a review on this site i placed an order on the 31st of july i waited for the order which was for three go karts the delivery date passed and still no items when i wrote the last review i was called by join to buy they told me that the go karts would be with me at the end of the week so like a fool i believed them it was my twins birthday on the saturday they were excited about getting go karts friday came no sign of them i was told to wait in allday so i did i rang j2b they actually answered and told me that they were stuck in barcelona and to put my kids birthday off until the following sat which i did stupidly enough then the next friday arrived i am still waiting i called j2b and they said they were still in barcelona !!!! i cancelled my order had to go to a loan shark and borrow the money to get to gokarts which i am paying double bk !!!!! the following week one go kart arrived the small one that i ordered so i called them to ask why this was if i cancelled my order dont think they new them selves i was told on that call i would get my refund for my other go karts at the end of the week and now 4 weeks have passed and still no refund !!!!! i think this is disgusting its not only ripping adults off its annoying kids !!!! i am going to get this issue sorted with my bank in the morning !! not waiting around anymore !!! my order num is 180600001285

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the item to me within a reasonable time.

As 17 days has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfil this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract.

I am now making time of the essence.

If you do not send me the item by 3 days I will consider our contract at an end, as I am entitled to do in law, and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of €394.

purchased from join2buy a pool plus extras, a month on still no pool that was on a 3-7 day delivery, i have emailed still no reply, i have phoned the number provided on the website but was told that it was a private household not a business number?
we are currently coming to the end of the summer holidays and my children have spent many hours waiting at the door for their pool to be delivered.
i am very angry and disappointed . will be contacting trading standards to get my money back in full.

I ordered a extention ladder with delivery direct from the factory, due 22 July. It has still not been delivered. I contacted J2B via their website and via email but they do not answer.
I guess this will become a legal matter to get my money back. Scam.

Update: The ladder arrived and matched the description. Only a pity that it took so long and that there was no customer service.

I bought a go-kart for my daughter's birthday on 17th May with a 35-60 days delivery. Its now 12th August and have received nothing. I have written many emails but there has been no answer to any of them. My daughter is deeply disappointed as am I. The old adage-if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is- applies here.

It is now 12th November 2013, having waited the required 30 days since my last review as instructed for a refund and I have still not received a refund even thoughn it was promised by 'customer services'. Has anyone actually got their money back after this company failed to deliver goods ordered in good faith ?

I bought a car for my son in july which I wanted to give him a birthday. Today we have the 12 august and I still have not received my order! I have written emails, called but never get an answer. that makes me very angry to I promised my son and how can I explain it now??
I hope I get an answer from them now.......
