Feel cheated!
Like others on here, I too ordered a pool for my kids to play in during the summer holidays, ordered 20/7/13 and chose the 3-7 day delivery option, it's now the 11th August and still no pool! After several unanswered emails and one awkward telephone call, I still have no idea when or if I am ever going to see this item! Thought it sounded too good to be true. All I can say is thank goodness I paid via PayPal!

I Feel Cheated
I have ordered a 15ft swimming pool with a delivery time of 3-7 days, it was ordered on the 26th July 2013, we are now on the 7th August 2013. I have sent e-mails with no response, the phone number was a waste of time as it's a number from a company that sells business numbers............scam comes to mind or fraud. Also if there is a problem with my order then why haven't I had an e-mail from you? This is very poor as far as i'm concerned, a business should keep their customers happy, with plenty of communication. Now I feel cheated and lost out on my money. You have left me feeling annoyed and angry as the pool was for my kids to enjoy.

Join2buy a fraud?
I ordered an electric scooter (Invoice #93100000550 for Order #93100005669 ) to my son on the 4th of June 2013. The delivery time should be 15-34 days, but I have neither got any delivery nor heard anything yet (after 62 days). I have tried to contact Join2Buy with e-mail but gets no answers, and by phone but no one answers. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder if I am cheated.

The scooter that you have ordered supposes to arrive at the port in a couple of days. When it is dispatched from the warehouse, you'll be immediately notified.

very disappointing experince
We bought a product with them last December, presumibly sent in max 45 day. Well, the time passed and they never call or update the status of the package on my account. When I contacted them they said that there was a probem, so they will be able to send the product in April. The other option they offered was to chose any other product that they had available. I find that solution really unaceptable, I was counting on the product that I did not get, obviously I have asked for a refund. Tough the disappointment of not being able to get the product that I bought, the very rude treat I have received from the company, and the not enough solutions are still there.
I wouldn´t recomend this web to anyone, unless you are interested in buying something you don´t want to receive.....
