Joinbrands has been different for me, but fun.. I am learning and experiencing and so far it has been easy to manuever and is user friendly. Any question or concern has been answered quickly and efficiently. The fact that there are guides to help you complete all the certifications correctly makes it so easy to get things done right. All transactions are super fast and transparent too... I am enjoying the learning process!

I have been using this app for quite some time now, but just experienced being scammed by a brand. They waited till I create content- 1min video!!! - and then they rejected it saying that it’s good but we just won’t be processing with the collaboration. I worked hard for that video and even involved other people. I was supposed to be paid $108 for that video. I contacted customer support and they said oh well this is normal and we can’t do anything about it. Not only they won’t force brand to honor their side of the contract , but also they won’t punish the brand. Guess it was ok to waste a few hours of my life and have me work for free. I am confident that that brand found a way to record the screen and they will be using my video for free. Absolutely outrageous.

I am on several ugc apps and websites as a creator and JoinBrands is by far the most user friendly and accommodating. They have great customer service, lots of good paying jobs, and they are good to their creators.

I had a really tough time trying to resize an image to submit for a job and the Customer Service rep. stayed on the chat with me and offered many different solutions to help resolve my problem. He was courteous and patient, and I really appreciated the help I needed.

I've been using JoinBrands for over a year and have nothing negative to say. Results from creators can vary depending on the campaign type or product you're selling. However, the platform is excellent, customer service is great, and the selection of creators is never ending.

They are a good team ,the quality of the products are perfect I love it

I worked two jobs for JoinBrands and everything went well and I was paid fast. I did have an inquiry about a project on a Sunday and I was not optimistic of getting and answer. Well, I was wrong. I accessed the chat feature in the app and somebody was there answering my questions and clarifying details for me. I am impressed!

It’s not just app, it’s like family, honestly everyone here is so kind and nice, even if you don’t have experience they still help you and you can still work with brand and make some money
