Terrible app with bad customer service

Made a campaign for 10 people, all of them were terrible, and I never wanted to use them.
I asked for a refund because I cannot find any good candidate, and they said it's non-refundable.

Creator Pool and UI

Nice pool of quality content creators and great support and customer service. It would be nice if they improve the UI - e.g. when I accidentally hide a creator's profile in the campaign, there's no way for me to undo the action.

Poor platform

Poor creator quality, even worse UX platform. Makes it really hard to cancel projects once set up, auto approves content without any checks. Avoid.

Love creating content for other brands

Love creating content for other brands. Its been fun. Just wish sometimes there wasn't a long pause with waiting to get accepted for new jobs once all other jobs have been completed. I know it's that time of year. But love the platform otherwise
