The fact that there are guides to help you complete all the certifications correctly makes it so easy to get things done right. All transactions are super fast and transparent too... it's crazy fun.

Once you reach level 2 all jobs stop being assigned to you. I have been applying every day for months and have not gotten any offers, even though I have 5 stars and amazing feedback.

We have a brand on Amazon. We have used joinbrands for 2 years. I feel Joinbrands takes too large a commission for the service they provide. It's like a 50/50 chance you will find good content providers. We now mostly use the same 10 people, who are excellent, over and over because we know they will provide great content and it takes a lot of time to work with newer providers. Amazon is launching there own content people and we are going to try that.

We've had a great experience working with JoinBrands as a brand. Our company is very small and has limited resources to keep up with the speed and demands of modern e-commerce marketing. JoinBrands helped us source great UGC content quickly and without getting bogged down in all the sourcing and coordination of doing it ourselves. There is an abundance of talent on the platform, and the creators are easy to work with. JoinBrand's infrastructure coaches you through each job. It takes a little getting used to at first, but the customer service team is quick to answer your questions if you're a worrier like me:) We're definitely going to continue working with JoinBrands!

I do appreciate the experience as well only thing I have a problem with is the timing of how I may get approved for job but other wise I love the opportunity that this platform offers

A great opportunity for UGC creators who are just starting out! May not get a crazy amount of jobs, but they are consistent and range in pay. Getting started is the biggest challenge but taking express jobs can really help build up your portfolio. Communicating with brands is extremely easy and the Join Brands team is quick to respond if there are ever any problems. I became a level 3 creator and made over $500 in just my first couple months. Really have nothing negative to say about my experience.

I really enjoy getting to do UGC With JoinBrands. As a brand new UGC creator, I probably wouldn’t get any partnerships at all, but JoinBrands has given me enough jobs where I have a portfolio I can share now with future prospects. Super easy, step-by-step instructions Make it easy. The only problem I have and the reason for only four stars, is because I get emails saying there’s 500 new jobs, but I don’t see many more new ones anymore. In the beginning, I did though. I also have not gotten anyone That does gifted UGC. The only ones who have worked with me are ones where I have to pay and be reimbursed. And those are always way less money.

JoinBrand is a fantastic platform for UGC creators. As someone new to the field, I found it easy to navigate, and the brands are great to work with. They offer plenty of opportunities to create content and get paid, and I’ve had no issues with reimbursement. It’s been a great experience to level up and increase my earnings through the platform!
