Good app

It’s been a good experience. I have worked 7 shifts so far and all were booked through the app. Only downfall is that sometimes sometimes my friends’ get the shifts on their app first before it shows on mine hours later. Asides that, all good

Great jobs

Great jobs! The only thing you need to be really flexible because sometimes the managers cancel a job last minute but I have always had good experiences.

Great team

Great team, the worst thing is the App. Sometimes is not working at all. For example when I finish my shifts its difficult to submit my timesheet.
The team is very nice always ready to help!!!!!!!

I think is good idea and really…

I think is good idea and really possible for everyone find a work, the place where work is good and sometimes fantastic, the only thing that maybe I don't undestand is why i don't see a kind of work, I can see shift for every Clarks in London but not Oxford Circus, I don't receivce notification even if i push for receive.
Anyway thank you for your job.

Not recommended until there’s more work available.

They found me work quite quickly, and I enjoyed the role, but it’s been months since I joined and they only seem to have one company to work for in my city. I completed all the training modules early in the hope of being able to apply for more jobs but it’s still just Clarks, and you are not notified about the available shift until the morning of the shift. This makes it mega hard to plan around when you can work and because there is only one shift at this one company it gets snapped up really quickly.

I was emailed by an employee of the company hoping to gather some info from me about how catapult could get more people “working like I do” and when I explained my situation to her she took on a very condescending attitude.

If catapult want to grow they should really focus on trying to get more companies signed up. It makes no sense to have so many people looking for shifts without giving them more flexible options over where and when they can work.
