We've been CrowdHealth members for about 6 months and it honestly feels too good to be true vs our awful experience with marketplace insurance over the years. If you're sick of paying sky high premiums so you can have the privilege of paying sky high deductibles, having valid claims denied for no reason, getting the runaround anytime something is denied or miscoded, etc., then you should look into this option.

Our CrowdHealth monthly fee is 1/3 of what we'd be paying in insurance premiums, and the coverage is much better as well. We recently had a significant health event that was so easy to navigate with CrowdHealth and cost us far less than it would have on our old insurance plan.

Not only is CrowdHealth saving us money, it's also just a more humane option than traditional health insurance...in every sense of the word. Actual humans who know what they're talking about respond when you have a question, and we love that our monthly CrowdHealth fees go toward covering health expenses of other real humans who are part of the org. A truly convivial alternative to health insurance!

It’s scary going from insured to “uninsured” and I was hoping Crowd Health was as good as it seemed. Honestly it’s incredible. I should have made the switch sooner. Overall it’s a big net savings. And being outside the broken insurance system feels good, too. I often recommend Crowd Health to friends.

Easy to navigate!

Became a member in January of 2026 and in the first 6 months we have had a few health events (broken leg, general wellness check ups) and CrowdHealth has worked exactly how they portray themselves which compared to insurance has been a breath of fresh air. On top of that we are saving anywhere from 50-70% from what we were paying in insurance premiums. And the health events we experienced cost less than if we were on our previous insurance plan. Can not recommend this company enough!

Healthcare as it should be. Their goals are aligned with yours and your total costs are significantly less than with insurance.

Very easy to get reimbursed!

Worked as advertised. The doctor that I had was very professional and to the point. Issued prescriptions and lab work orders immediately after our appointments. Followed up with me by text one week later. Answered all my questions via text almost instantly.

I broke my first bone ever in a pretty dramatic way. I already had Crowd Health but I hadn't used it and I was super nervous it wouldn't cover everything. I was so wrong! Crowd Health took care of everything, gave me personal support I would have NEVER had with traditional health insurance and I've been singing their praises ever since.

Crowdhealth's was the peace of mind I needed for my job as a landlord. Not only was the worry of a financial disaster erased but I've also used their yearly wellness allowance and had one event that was taken care of by the crowd. I couldn't recommend more!

When I get a contribution request I really like knowing where my money is going and how it’s helping another person.

The easiest process, extremely helpful ambassadors that are extremely responsive! They sent me a giftcard for meals when I broke my ankle, and a hilarious mug that said "I do my own stunts"! We are talking about an "insurance" company! That is next level customer service!

Crowd Health has been amazing for my pregnancy. I have the freedom to find the care providers who best suit my needs and Crowd Health reps have been great for any questions

Crowd Health is always transparent, quick to respond, and very generous in their kindness and care towards cost control for health services. Amazing, cost effective option for medical needs. I'd much rather work with the wonderful people at crowd health who have a mission, vs the lack of care and attention given by insurance companies, where you're just a number to them.

I have nothing negative to say about CrowdHealth. I've been a member of the crowd for a year and a half. In that time, I've been able to get medical services for a lot less money and headache paying directly than going through insurance. I've also been promptly reimbursed by CrowdHealth for eligible expenses. It has been just as was advertised and I've recommended CrowdHealth to several friends. It's a wonderful alternative to paying for insurance that barely covers anything.

They are so simple in their user experience. I was with medi-share before and they weren't as easy to understand or get the help I needed.
I'm also get more covered than what I was getting covered with Medi-share. So far I've got no complaints with Crowd Health!! I'd recommend it! (I've been with them for several months now)
