SHOULD STATE AGE RESTRICTIONS UPFRONT
Why not tell people up front that there is a 75 year age limit to qualify for your services instead of requiring them to fill out pages of a Questionnaire before declaring them ineligible? Definitely not a good business practice. Also, there should be exceptions for overage patients who have their PHC’s approval and have taken injections in the past without any problems.

Prices are too high compared to others…
Prices are too high compared to others and I feel like making the formula combined with B12 made the semiglutide ratio less effective. They did give me a one time discount but it was still too expensive to keep on trying. SkinnyRX seems to work better for me and I'm paying far less than I did for Layla. When I told SkinnyRX that is was too expensive, they gave me a permanent price drop.

Very fast!
They send it the next day after my order. I have paused with no problem then when I resume I generally get it within two days. If I need help with a question both Customer service and Medical staff are very prompt. I stay with them because I have proven weight loss so I know their products are good!
