False advertising, and poor service
I was told my generic appointment would be covered by my insurance, well it wasn’t. I called and their billing department does not speak with people. After leaving a message and sending two emails, they still have not addressed my concern. This false advertising of being insurance supported is ripe for a lawsuit.

False advertising rape for a lawsuit
They tell you that your visits are covered by your insurance company, they are not even though I was specifically told otherwise. You tried to speak with someone about your bill, they don’t speak to people, I put in two complaints and I’m still waiting to hear back. Incompetent service, and false advertising – ripe for a class action lawsuit.
Positive experience
Colleen was kind, knowledgeable and discussed data and facts behind what she recommended
The night before
The night before my appointment I was up for 24 hours experiencing symptoms of menopause that consist of insomnia, joint pain and , hot flashes. At 3 am I google searched MIDI and was able to schedule a new patient appointment for that same morning. My appointment was was convenient and I was prescribed hormone replacement medication, and was able to start them tha same day.
My Midi experience was extremely helpful in my menopause journey!
My Midi experience was extremely helpful in my menopause journey! I love that the clinician's are well versed with all the options in their tool bag vs a regular gyneocologist who has very little information. Midi is crushing it with the convenience of offering online video appointments, along with getting lab work done locally. A win, win for us busy women!
Bait-And-Switch Ripoff
I specifically stated my purpose for seeking care through Midi upon signing up. I merely needed a continuation of a prescription (non-narcotic or anything like that) that I'd been successfully using for a decade. I figured I'd see what they could do for me as far as hormones go, as well. They charged me $500 total, refused the request that I stated upon joining, and gave me exactly nothing. When I asked them to waive the invoice, they refused and didn't even try to make it right.

Get your life back!
Wow! What a great experience! The appointment was scheduled quickly and I met with a provider in a couple days! Appointment was thorough, and treatment plan was created and implemented immediately. I’m already sleeping well and feeling energized in just one day! Thank you!
I set up an account with his healthcare…
I set up an account with his healthcare company for easier access to speak with a doctor. They don’t discuss with you on how much it cost to talk to a doctor, which is a bit sketchy. I received my first bill and the insurance that I have provided had an issue with that. The bill was $150 without insurance for one service. After getting my insurance corrected, they send the insurance company a bill and they received an $80 credit. I then received a notification that my new bill was ready and now my service that they’re charging me is $250 they subtracted to $80 and now my new bill is $170. This is a complete and utter scam. How can you charge me more because I have insurance.

My experience was amazing
My experience was amazing. Great doctor and she was so very helpful and I felt heard. So happy I found this platform to help me.
Save yourself the money and aggravation...
After several glitches in attempting to upload my insurance card ( requiring some IT intervention) I got an email saying my insurance was accepted, so I expected a standard specialist co-pay ($50). A nasty little surprise, the bill is $250 for a VERY underwhelming initial consult. The video on provider side was not working. The virtual visit comprised largely of an unprepared NP reading my record back to me for 20min ( of a half hour consult). I worked in healthcare, I get that you want to verify, but I had input these data myself, they have an electronic record of it. There was zero need to read it back to me line by line. It was simply the NPs attempt to on-the-spot familiarize herself with my case. Any respectable tele-health provider should be familiar with patient's health record ahead of the consult window. I happen to have endometriosis and recently had surgery - which was all news to the NP and tried as she may, none of her standard manuals fit my request. My hope was that MIDI's touted "interdisciplinary" team could guide my decision making regarding hormonal treatment post surgery and into perimenopause. No such luck. Any specific question was routed back to "talk to your surgeon". Which I did. But since not a single actionable information was issued by MIDI, I am refusing to pay the egregious bill. This may be an OK service for perfectly healthy women who *just* need HRT, but if you have ANY complicating factors ( sensitivity to medication, in care of a surgeon, any goals other than mitigating peri/menopause symptoms) save yourself the money and disappointment and just go somewhere else. The worst part about this is that women's healthcare is so under-served, and the need for some semblance of holistic care so great. I know many women in similar situation grasping at straws...and MIDI is obviously here to monetize on this despair. Not only was there zero follow up clinically, but the only email coms I got after complaining is that someone will be getting back to me in 2-3 business days. And then they auto-re-send the bill. Rinse and repeat. Good luck getting a hold of anyone. In summary: Good luck, ladies, may you find the relief you seek. Triple check with your insurance coverage and only bother if all you need is standard HRT.

My quality of life greatly improved…
My quality of life greatly improved after getting hormone replacement therapy through midi health. It’s a breath of fresh air to talk to clinicians so educated in menopause and all its complications. Even if you are not a candidate for HRT there are many helpful natural remedies. My sleep and energy improved, I lost a few pounds, and I love their skin cream! So convenient meeting from my home.
Very poor customer service and care
I found the initial visit very hurried and not thorough at all. It was less than 20 minutes and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for healthcare to women. And afterwards, trying to get in touch with customer service was very difficult

A Magical Midi Experience!
I was fighting an uphill battle until I joined Midi, now I feel like I'm riding an escalator up the hill.
I had tried multiple care options before finally trying Midi Health. To be honest my hopes weren't high but I was blown away by the attention to detail, the amount of care and especially the dedication that the entire care team offered.
I would like to give a special shout out to the prior authorization department for getting my medication approved. I truly didn't think that it was possible to get insurance coverage on my prescription but they proved me wrong in the best way.
Absolutely awful
I just wasted at least 18 hours of my life. I had TWO prescriptions that were fulfilled by MIDI’s custom Rx supplier, precision pharmacy. I placed the TWO separate orders totaling about $600 on March 3rd. MIDI’s site promises shipping 3-5 days after payment. By March 11, I had not received delivery of either order and created TWO separate tickets with MIDI. They were extremely slow to respond so I called precision pharmacy directly. Miraculously they shipped one of the orders the next day, March 12, and I received it on the 13th. For that order I only had to waste about 3 hours of my time with emails and phone calls. The other order was lost in transit and promised to order a replacement. Midi combined my 2 separate tickets for both orders under one ticket - the one for the order I received on March 13th. I emailed back asking them NOT to combine the tickets because they were for TWO separate orders. I was ignored. So when I demanded that they cancel the still unshipped order, they proceeded to email me numerous times that I had already received that delivery, and they kept referencing the tracking number for the order I did receive. I explained several times and with growing frustration that they were referencing the wrong order and tracking number and that I still had not received the order that was lost in shipping. At this point I just wanted my $181 refunded for the order that I never received. I tried to call midi several times. Their phone tree is slow and exasperating and I after having Toto spell my name to Ai bot and give all kinds of info, they sent me to VM as nobody was available to take the call. Then I kept calling back. After about another hour on the phone, I was able to speak with a “receptionist” who could do nothing but pass along my message. I just wanted to cancel the missing order that I had placed 13 days ago and just get a refund. I again tried email support. Email support simply could not understand that there were 2 orders, that I received one but not the other, and that I wanted a refund for the one I didn’t receive. I wasted literally 5 hours today - and much more time before today - with possibly the most frustrating order experience I have ever had. When they finally understood what I had to explain in no fewer than 23 emails, they tried to blame the fact that the delivered order was referenced in the email chain - BUT THEY WERE THE ONES WHO CONSOLIDATED THE TWO TICKETS I CREATED FOR THE TWO ORDERS AND THEN THEY COULDN’T FIGURE OUT THAT THERE WERE TWO SEPARATE ORDERS UNDER ONE TICKET!!!! I will not ever order from them again. Just horrible customer service that creates problems and then blames the customer for those problems.

I like my doctor
I like my doctor, but the wait time to get answers is just not acceptable. When there is a problem with a prescription, or anything else, you have to message through the app and questions don’t get answered for days. It’s 2 business days, so if something comes up on a Thursday, or Friday, you are waiting until the next week for your answer. I have been waiting for a prescription for over 2 weeks now. It’s difficult to be patient with it at this point. You never get to speak to anyone on the phone when there are questions or situations that arise.

Disappointment to My Perimenopause Journey
I was really hoping that Midi would be a part of my solution process.
On February 24, I scheduled my initial meeting for March 3rd. As the 3rd neared, I got so excited and then I received an email notice that my provider needed to cancel and reschedule for almost three weeks later. Fortunately, I was able to find an earlier date on her schedule. That was only two weeks away.
Just a few days before the appointment I received an email that the most recent appointment is also being canceled. The provider can’t make that one either. She rescheduled for three weeks away. No explanation.
I filed a service support with Midi requesting the ability to change providers (I'd lost confidence in the one they auto assigned to me) and it has been four days with no response. I can not find a way to speak with anyone on the phone or digitally.
I've cancelled all appointments and I'll be looking for a local, in person provider.
***Response to their reply: Requested info via email was so that they could cancel my appointment/account, which I could already did. It was not resolving the source issue.

Finally... Someone Understands
I have been with MIDI over half a year and I just keep getting better dealing with my menopause symptoms and all the frustration that comes with it! My Clinician totally understands where I'm coming from and has all the tools and patience to guide me thru this chapter of my life! Before MIDI I was lost, confused and so sad. But now I'm starting to live again how I want to instead of how I was drowning myself. Thank you all for each part you play in my Menopause Journey! ♡
Working with MIDI has been a great experience!!
Working with MIDI has been a great experience. The ease of scheduling an appointment with insurance verification was such a relief. I was able to get an appointment within a week. I met with a NP who was both knowledge and personable. She validated my concerns and presented multiple treatment options. I was able to pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy the same day. I am very pleased and I look forward to continuing my care with MIDI.
The whole experience was positive
The whole experience was positive. I was able to make a next day appointment for my first session. My provider was very thorough and really seemed to care. She paid extra attention to my family history to make sure HRT was appropriate for me. I was able to pick up my prescriptions that same day. I really appreciate how convenient Midi made the whole experience.
