Slightly questionable
I scheduled an appointment for Feb. 11 with one of their clinicians, to discuss perimenopause (which is supposed to be one of their main treatment areas). During the appt, the clinician was friendly and the initial conversation was fine. Toward the end of the visit I was notified that labwork would be ordered for me which also seemed fine.
However, when I logged in the next day to check the after visit info, it said that ELEVEN different labs had been ordered for me. For comparison, on my usual pcp visit the dr only orders like three or four max. There were no unusual symptoms to deal with either, just the usual peri stuff like fatigue and some night sweats. I e-mailed them to say that this was weird.
This was their response: "I want to assure you that your feedback has been escalated to our clinical and leadership teams for review so they can take a closer look at the concerns you raised. We take feedback like this seriously, as it helps us ensure we’re delivering thoughtful, individualized care for our patients." They then sent a second e-mail a few hours later saying they had looked over the labs and found they were medically necessary. OK, that's fine but it completely contradicted what they had said in their first e-mail.
I showed the second message to a friend, and she also agreed it was sort of a blow-off.
Maybe they're just understaffed right now, but that back-and-forth was enough for me to walk away. I'm not saying Midi couldn't work for someone else, but personally, I can't feel comfortable having blood drawn (or other bigger medical decisions being made) if the company isn't open to any questions about it. Kind of erodes my trust in them...

You are in great hands with Midi.
What made my experience great was the knowledge of the NP I spoke with.
She addressed all my concerns and made me feel heard.
I honestly felt pretty excited to start my HRT journey after speaking with her.
Finally relief for my moderate to severe symptoms.
I cannot get in touch with anyone from…
I cannot get in touch with anyone from custo.wr support. Im pretty sure my dr has told me to get a different dr. She sent meds to my pharmacy without discussing dosage, timing or anything. I called customer support and never got a call back or an email. I've paid 250 for the consult, then paifd for meds. . If they try to make me pay 250 again ill go elsewhere.
I need so.eone to talk to me about the process of switching doctors

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Saw the NP from.the comforts of my home. Meds were called into my pharmacy and my insuywas billed. Very easy and my NP, Kristina, is the best!
Amazing experience!
Amazing experience!! I signed up and had my appointment the same day!! My NP asked questions, LISTENED to me , and since she had access to my previously done blood work, she was able to create a plan for me and prescribe meds the same day!! My only regret is not becoming a patient sooner!!!
If you're on the fence, you won't regret the appt
These people are truly doing gods work over here. The care and attention they give, the way they listen, validating your experience and feelings. There is nothing like Midi. I am beyond grateful for this experience and I cannot stop telling everyone about it. Thank you 🩶
Need help? Don’t count on it!
I am only giving the one star because my clinician was lovely. I must say I really liked my clinician Cynthia when I first started with Midi Health, she was caring, listened to me and truly wanted to help me with my health and goals. Then I was abruptly transferred to someone named Jennifer. Not a great fit, she was more concerned about sticking to the 15 minute time frame that is allotted to you for an appointment, then actually helping me. My largest frustration is having no access to a person to help with challenges that arise between Midi Health/Insurance Company/Pharmacies. Which cause delays in securing much needed prescriptions. When there is an issue you have no one to speak with and are directed to basically AI generated email stating you will hear from someone within 3-5 days. There has to be a better way to service clients especially when dealing with health issues and meds. As much as I was hoping this would be a better alternative to going to a doctors office, I am recessing and will probably go back to conventional medical care. Great idea, horrible execution!

Slow to respond to every message, and disjointed service.
Slow to respond to every message. Disjointed service. Asking me questions that they already have the answers for. Like what is the point of filling out an onboarding patient survey if they are going to repeatedly ask me those very same questions again? Not promptly forwarding prescriptions to the pharmacy. Not giving refills on something I need automatically every four weeks. So I have to reach out every four weeks and wait a painfully long time for replies. This company is so typical of modern 'customer service'. Seems like other people have had better luck for the most part. I have not done anything to make them treat me like a parasite, but that is how they treat me. I have always been patient, courteous and polite. Even in the face of way below average service.

Dont wait! Run to Midi!!!!
Midi helped me more in ONE day than my PC did in 2 months! Easy to schedule, got an appt within a few days, and had a great provider who actually understood, and addressed my concerns, and provided a solution THAT day!!! Im so happy!!! I would recommend them over and over!!!!!
This group is an absolute joke
This group is an absolute joke! I'd give no stars if I could. I have wasted so much time with Midi Health.
Firstly, I spent 3 weeks trying to sort out health insurance because they repeatedly gave me the wrong details saying ti was in network but my insurance said it was not ... until Midi finally gave me the right numbers.
Then they cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before the appointed time, I booked 3 weeks in advance. They only offered to reschedule 3 weeks later.
I had another appointment booked for one week later for another issue so waited for that appointment, which was today. I contacted their support after the first appointment was cancelled to advise of the issues and they said "My goal is to ensure that your March 26th visit goes exactly as planned so you can finally begin the treatment you've worked so hard to coordinate."
I showed up to the call today 5 minutes early as requested. I waited for 20 minutes after the appointed time and no one showed up.
I have wasted so much time for nothing.

The clinician was very informative
The clinician was very informative, attentive and helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and was very supportive of my choice to take a hormone replacement therapy medication that was natural and not with too many side effects.
This was the WORST experience
This was the WORST experience. All they care about is SET AN APPOINTMENT. You can't browse providers or see anything about them it's literally blind luck. How stupid is that?? Being able to choose a provider would be far more beneficial then getting assigned to someone that is not a good fit.
I didn't give my phone number bc texts are distracting at work, so my first appointment was cancelled "because I didn't confirm via text" well nowhere did it say you HAD to confirm via text but OK. so I added my phone number and had 14 TEXTS in the next 3 hours!!! The SAME TEXT over and over and over telling me to fill out the paperwork I already filled out. (oh and never once did I get any type of confirmation text, yeah ok)
An email to customer service asking why I was being harassed with nonstop texts to fill out paperwork that was DONE got me the answer of "oh just ignore it" how about MAKE IT STOP????
Visit with clinician felt rushed and technical and I absolutely did NOT feel heard or seen, I barely got to ask any questions or address my concerns. I hardly got to talk at all. it was a complete waste of time, I hung up the call and sat and cried for 10 minutes. I do not cry. ever.
I should have paid more attention to the red flags in trying to schedule and not be able to choose a provider and the relentless duplicate texts and just looked into another option. So incredibly disappointed bc after all the great reviews (which I now highly question) this was a total and complete failure. This literally broke my heart I had such high hopes for finally getting quality care.

It’s been a long time since I had a doctor or someone to hear my concern in my health. My body is changing since I turned 40 until now that I am 50 no one seemed to care about my concern. They always wrote it off as another woman in her crisis of health for order loan I was going through physical aches, no sleep, hair loss weight gain then no one was addressing kept adding all source of medication that kept making me sicker instead of better. I am very happy of my condition listening to me and my concern we address so much and just the first meeting.
If I could give them zero star I would
If I could give them zero star I would. The practitioner was not helpful, her children were in the background make load noises downstairs in her home. She accused me of having high cholesterol from lab information from 2015… I’ve been trying to upload my current labs for a week now using their directions. No one has time for this.

Easy to schedule
Easy to schedule,
Technology worked fantastic,NP Listened to concerns attentively, went thru medical history throughly, sent labs and meds right away, easy to contact.
My practitioner is the best
My practitioner is the best. She listens and believes me. She has helped me tremendously. I’m so happy I reached out and started. I highly recommend MIDI. My insurance covers it. This is the best thing I’ve done for my physical health and mental health.
Feeling scammed (birth control offered, not HRT)
I signed up for a MIDI appointment after watching videos and posts about HRT. However, the only option the doctor was offer me was birth control, which I have not done well on in the past. She refused to prescribe me any HRT. I've since gone to a local doctor, who prescribed me progesterone the first appointment and I've feeling great on that. I feel scammed by Midi. On top of that they're billing a mental health screening, which I did not ask for not receive.

Clinician was warm and friendly
Clinician was warm and friendly. She spoke to me where I could understand better what is happening in my body. It felt safe.
I would say your website is not great
I would say your website is not great. The communication time needs to be improved. Someone needs to be held accountable for following up to make sure things get completed.
Amazing care
Easy access, consistent provider, thorough assessment and caring treatment. Could not ask for more!
