Terrible experience, no support
I waited for three weeks to get an appointment. I was very excited because I’d heard great things. There were multiple reminders with prompts like, fill out your health questionnaire within 24 hours or your appointment will be rescheduled. After logging on and waiting for 20 minutes, I tried calling the tech-support. After my first attempt, the provider texted me from a number that I couldn’t text back on. She said that she was running a few minutes late. After waiting for 25 minutes I spoke to an AI assistant who told me to log off and log on again. This too didn’t work so I called the number again and requested that the provider call me back when she was ready. There was no callback. They offered to reschedule the appointment for 5 AM the next day. I then emailed their tech-support and there was a standard answer saying that the provider may have had technical difficulties.

My clinician is concerned and shows…
My clinician is concerned and shows understanding. She is not transactional. She explains things clearly and makes it easy to understand. She is the one that I feel free to ask any questions no matter how embarrassing the subject may be. I feel cared for and that my feelings about treatment matter.
Finally believed!
After seeking perimenopause care from 3 other doctors, Midi was the only one that listened to all my symptoms and didn’t dismiss them. Within 30 minutes I had a prescription and was relieved to be taken seriously. All women deserve to be heard and believed.
My pharmacy is basically yelling at Midi to respond
My pharmacy is having trouble reaching Midi yet again on my second medication refill. I was hoping this wouldn’t happen again after waiting almost 3 weeks to receive the med the first round, and the stress of constantly trying to reach out to Midi for prior authorization before shipments got cancelled (3x). I went through portal and called countless times and only got one message that the team was working through it. If I don’t have a smooth experience with my refill I’ll be going elsewhere after 2+ years of great experience. Disappointing to see others on Reddit having same problems with prior authorization.

Latoya Rourke
Latoya Rourke, my provider is wonderful. She is able to pick up from last discussion and follow through with my priority needs. I can tell she thoroughly review my health needs prior to the meeting and anticipate the plan of care to meet my health and wellness needs. thank you
I have been struggling with low libido…
I have been struggling with low libido for a couple of years, and I really appreciated the ordering of labs, and the results told me why I was feeling the way I was feeling. My NP helped me understand my lab test results and the care I would be getting from Midi to help me regain my libido! It was so nice to finally be heard by someone after a few years of asking my physicians for help.
Too Scripted and impersonal
I found it to be too impersonal. The nurse seemed to least interested and notes were scripted with no regards to educating the person. I feel talking to my obygn was so much better vs Midi. I don't recommend.

STARS WERE INCORRECTLY GIVEN!
I looked into midi for weightloss, and was not satisfied by how you can contact them. I have been trying to cancel this account from day one, and they would not cancel. I cannot cancel for my self. They then send me a visit I did not schedule and if I dont show, its 55.00. I tried to speak to someone but no one answers or return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
So thankful to have found MIDI!
The whole process was simple to set up and efficiently done. She was so kind and understanding about my health issues, and explained everything so that I could understand. She worked with me to find close labs and explained next steps. It’s so important to feel heard, and 100% do!
MIDI is “the move” for women’s health.
MIDI had been a blessing. The practitioners I work with are knowledgeable and great listeners. We solve problems collaboratively. I’m so glad I took the chance and made an appointment.
Someone finally listened to me!
After being on anti depressants for years and years and those docs only increasing dosages or trying something else that made me sick when I would say they wasn’t working. Doing some research online I’ve come to the conclusion it’s not depression. I put a question out on fb asking my local women who they would recommend for HRT. More than one suggested Midi. Made my appointment - after speaking to Dr Gardner I immediately felt relief. FINALLY someone was listening to me! She prescribed the patch and progesterone therapy and although I haven’t started them yet I’m confident they will help!
I am so glad I found Midi Health
I am so glad I found Midi Health. I was tired of nobody listening to me or my symptoms and telling me to deal with it. Midi is different they will listen and address your needs and find a solution to all your symptoms. I see them for HRT and weight loss and have never felt better or been happier!!
Communication is not their thing
The NP I work with is great. Very attentive and answers all of my questions. Although I thought it was weird for her not to order any tests but no big deal. The reason I'm giving the 2 stars is because of their communication issues. They have been EXTREMLY slow to respond to any of my messages. I have to send multiple to get a reply if I even get one. They do not respond to the pharmacy. They do not respond when the insurance asks for more info for prior authorizations, which ends up getting them canceled. Their unresponsiveness is driving me mad!! Will definitely be seeking services elsewhere.

First midi health visit
I just had the best medical visit I’ve had in years, and it was with Nurse Practitioner Tenika Gravely—and amazingly, it was virtual! This was actually my first-ever virtual appointment, and I was blown away by how personal, attentive, and truly helpful it was.
Tenika listened carefully to every one of my perimenopause symptoms—something my own doctors, who I’ve known for years, have never taken the time to do. She was beyond thorough with my medical history, incredibly professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. She explained my treatment options in a way that made me feel informed and supported, not rushed or overlooked.
It’s been about three weeks since our appointment, and I am already feeling so much better. The difference has been remarkable.
I am genuinely grateful for her care. If you are struggling with perimenopause or feeling unheard by your providers, I highly recommend scheduling with Tenika Gravely. She is exceptional.
So happy I found Midi health
I am an older woman who has felt very brushed aside by the medical profession. When I would go to them with concerns I kept being told “you are just getting old”. I needed someone to listen and truly address my concerns. MIDI health did just that. I was listened to, treated with respect and I got the help I needed
Patient and Empathetic Provider and Productive Appointments.
My provider is a saint! Her name is Jennifer Cooper, APRN, MSN, WHNP. She is the most patient and empathetic healthcare provider I have ever had, unlike the majority of the providers I have had here in my city over the past 10 years. She is also very knowledgeable and explains to me various treatments options and WHY! She does not gaslight me about my symptoms. She calls in lab work, all exams, pharmaceuticals immediately and follows up every single time! I have honestly NEVER had care like this before, from ANY medical provider. It's incredible! I recommend Midi to everyone!
I don't NEED to speak to a medical doctor because 1) every time I made an appointment to see my gynecologist I ended up having to see her PA anyway and they coded the visit as if I have seen a medical doctor. At the gynecologist office I've not see a "medical doctor" in 4 years. And 2) why would I need to see a doctor when this nurse is meeting all my medical needs?
My former doctor's gynecology group referred me to their external clinic where they were always pushing the pellets at $500/injection AND NONE OF IT was covered by insurance, but not one single person at the gynecology group ever called in an estrogen patch. That same day I had the appointment while on the phone with her she had already called in the patch and right after I got off the phone, I drove straight to the pharmacy to pick it up. Easy! Useful! Productive! No gas lighting like with medical doctors.
Will keep wasting your time to get insurance money
I joined midi for help with weight loss. It took 7 appointments and the change of 2 different nurses to tell me they cannot prescribe the meds i requested they tried to put me on a Glp, only to get denied from my insurance company. BEWARE- they will waste your time just to bill your insurance provider. Horrible experience . Boooooookoo

Don't waste your time or money
I tried again with Midi. It was a disaster. The NP was new to me and not prepared. Not 10 minutes in and she was ready to leave the call and I said I had questions. She couldn't answer them and then said we could follow-up as needed, no need to schedule a visit. I reached out and was scheduled with another NP who was a no show. When I emailed the portal about the missed appointment, the NP responded days later that she sent a message she was running late which was not true. I see many reviews with similar issues.
Can't even get started
I went to the reviews to see if it was just me or if their lack of response was a trend. It is. I have had 3 appointments to begin their services and all three have been canceled at the last minute. This is a sign to me to go somewhere else.

Rude and insensitive
I couldn’t even get to the appointment I set. Confirmation appointment text read insensitive and rude to me. Hate I put my information in their system.
