I came into this cautiously optimistic but the whole thing went surprisingly well. I did feel rushed a bit during the appointment with the doctor but appreciate that they are only 15 minutes long.... See more

Do not use Mochi Health. I paid the $39.00 only to be denied. They did not refund my money to me either even though I called the very next morning to inquire about the denial. This is fraud. The $39.00 is a membership fee that I was not aware of. Be very cautious when using this site.

I’ve been using Mochi Health for almost 1 year for compounded tirzepatide on the Wellness Plus plan. I chose them mainly because they were one of the most affordable and accessible options available. I was able to get an appointment within days of signing up. The dashboard/UI is clean and generally easy to navigate, even though not always informative, and my medication shipments arrived on time about 70% of the time.
That said, the actual customer experience and level of care have been disappointing and feel very different from what’s advertised online and through influencers.
The biggest issue is that there is almost no real onboarding or proactive support. After signing up, there was no explanation of what my plan included, how the process worked, what to expect from appointments, how prior authorizations work, or how to use certain dashboard features. You’re essentially expected to figure everything out yourself. Also, why you may not be losing the advertised amount of weight even while doing everything.
My first provider appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I was squeezed into an earlier slot, but was not informed that it would be abbreviated. When I tried asking basic questions about injection sites and side effects, I was told I could “probably find videos on YouTube.” There was no meaningful follow-up afterward.
The nutrition support was also far more generalized than personalized. Despite sharing my actual calorie intake and eating habits, I received recommendations and notes that felt templated and based on assumptions rather than my real lifestyle or medical history. The “custom plans” and “advanced nutrition therapy” advertised are not provided at all. All the advertised testing, like genetic testing or health testing, is not provided. At best, I was told it was easier and quicker to go through my primary care doctor on my own.
Customer support has been one of the most frustrating parts. They are polite sometimes, but often unable to answer even basic questions about the plans they sell, even when directing them exactly to the website or blog where they are found, and repeatedly default to “we’ll escalate it,” with little follow-through unless you constantly follow up yourself, because they often lie. I now message to ensure I have written proof. There also seems to be very little proactive problem-solving or critical thinking when issues arise.
Another concern is the auto-renewal process. My membership renewed automatically without a reminder beforehand or even confirmation after, which didn’t sit well with me, considering the cost and healthcare nature of the service.
I’ve also noticed gaps in operational planning. For example, there doesn’t seem to be a clear process or guidance when medication deliveries are delayed and potentially exceed recommended out-of-fridge timelines. Situations like that should already have protocols in place.
Overall, Mochi feels heavily optimized for fast onboarding, social media marketing & influencers, and accessibility rather than truly personalized long-term care. If your main priority is affordability and getting access to GLP-1 medication quickly, it may still work for you. But if you’re expecting hands-on guidance, proactive health monitoring, customized nutrition support, or a genuinely collaborative healthcare experience, you may end up relying on your own tracking and external providers much more than expected.

SCAM! They make you pay before you have access to pricing or anything else. They make you meet with an advisor first and I couldnt get an appointment for 7 days! When i realized this site was not for me afer 5 min of signing up they refused to give me my membership fee back. DO NOT USE MOCHI

Appreciate all of the info on the website and being able to interact.

Very disappointing experience. The company makes it seem like once you pay for the subscription, you’ll get access to the medication, but in reality you are only paying to speak with a provider who decides if you qualify for a prescription. If they decide you are not eligible, you do not get the medication and you also do not get a refund.
They may offer alternatives like speaking with a nutritionist or other services, but that is not what most people are paying for. They should be much more transparent about this before charging customers.

The service was great. The Dr was very attentive and helpful. Super fast delivery of medication too. I was told 5-6 business days and it arrived in 3 days so that was awesome.
