Very early days with Renzo as our block…
Very early days with Renzo as our block managing agent, but I have good things to say about Emine Dzhihan. She has been quite professional and straightforward in her interactions with the leaseholders at the block. Especially when it comes to responding to maintenance issues, Emine is on top of her game. When there was a leak issue at one of the buildings recently, Emine prioritised the issue and dealt with it calmly in a timely manner. She then managed the conflict between affected leaseholders effectively. I hope that Emine continues to perform in the same consistent manner with managing our block, and set an example with her work ethic and professionalism.
RENZO took over our Gateway property…
RENZO took over our Gateway property management assignment in Feb or March this year and I missed out of their joining stage formalities. I got into trying to catch up yesterday and I have received such pampering welcome by the team than I have ever received in the almost 20 years on the property by any property managers we had in the past . This is most impressive and I urge them to continue

Intercome finally fixed
We've had a broken intercom for as long as I can remember. Only this year it has been fixed thanks to Renzo. It's been a major security concern and glad to have it fixed for autumn / winter

A turnaround for the better in terms of service. Particularly impressed with enthusiasm, knowledge base and response times from our block manager Kate.
Good app but sign up issues
App has useful information, but faced some difficulty signing up.

Wow!! It has only been a few months since Renzo Management took over the running of our block estate, and I can definitely see a vast improvement in that short space of time.

Renzo non delivery for over 5 months
Renzo took over the site management of our 122 home Shearwater Development in late 2022. In my and many residents they are not performing as expected, as one example alone they have only cut the estate grass twice in over 5 months, after increasing management fees by 20% and gardening fees by over 16%. Management have been informed yet no improvement as such would not recommend this company as they have not performed to our upfront paying customers todate.
