Very early days with Renzo as our block…

Very early days with Renzo as our block managing agent, but I have good things to say about Emine Dzhihan. She has been quite professional and straightforward in her interactions with the leaseholders at the block. Especially when it comes to responding to maintenance issues, Emine is on top of her game. When there was a leak issue at one of the buildings recently, Emine prioritised the issue and dealt with it calmly in a timely manner. She then managed the conflict between affected leaseholders effectively. I hope that Emine continues to perform in the same consistent manner with managing our block, and set an example with her work ethic and professionalism.

RENZO took over our Gateway property…

RENZO took over our Gateway property management assignment in Feb or March this year and I missed out of their joining stage formalities. I got into trying to catch up yesterday and I have received such pampering welcome by the team than I have ever received in the almost 20 years on the property by any property managers we had in the past . This is most impressive and I urge them to continue

Intercome finally fixed

We've had a broken intercom for as long as I can remember. Only this year it has been fixed thanks to Renzo. It's been a major security concern and glad to have it fixed for autumn / winter

I can see an improvement!!

Wow!! It has only been a few months since Renzo Management took over the running of our block estate, and I can definitely see a vast improvement in that short space of time.
Well done Renzo, keep up the good work!!

Renzo non delivery for over 5 months

Renzo took over the site management of our 122 home Shearwater Development in late 2022. In my and many residents they are not performing as expected, as one example alone they have only cut the estate grass twice in over 5 months, after increasing management fees by 20% and gardening fees by over 16%. Management have been informed yet no improvement as such would not recommend this company as they have not performed to our upfront paying customers todate.

We are somewhat surprised that you have decided to leave the review below.

Your statement that we have been "increasing management fees by 20% and gardening fees by over 16%" is factually incorrect, and moreover, you previously acknowledged this in your email to us.

In your email dated 31/12/22 you stated the incorrect figure:
"Your management fee and communal gardening fees have gone up by 20.6% and 16.8%"

On 05/01/23 we responded stating the correct figures, that fees had actually decreased,management fees have decreased by 8.2%, and gardening fees have decreased by 20.0%.

On 06/01/23 you responded confirming that you acknowledged that fees had decreased, writing; "Understand the calc. & fully agree and thanks for this considerable saving."

After this exchange, I am somewhat surprised that you have chosen to leave the review. If there was any misunderstanding in the fees, why did you confirm that you understood and appreciated the saving, and why did you not bring it up in the five months prior?

After this misunderstanding we made the effort to visit you in person and discuss your views on the development and what was important for yourself as a resident. We have consistently made efforts to communicate with you and address any concerns, so it is perplexing why you feel the need to leave this misleading and factually incorrect review.

We continue to invest efforts in developing the Shearwater Development. We welcome any constructive dialogue and are willing to address any queries you may have.

Really helpful and fast

They quickly provided us with the information we needed for one of our customers. They were kind and personable, which was a huge difference from many of the companies that provide comparable services that I've worked with over the last twenty years.

I’ve been with Renzo for nearly 6…

I’ve been with Renzo for nearly 6 months. Previously we had managed our block of 12 in house and it became impossible. Taking on Renzo on board has been the best thing we could of have done. Thank you Sebastian.
