Great app

Great app, very user friendly and easy to communicate with the building management. I recommend this app to be introduced to many properties. The app also notify me with parcel delivery in the building and maintenance works activities.

5-star experience with Renzo

I gave Renzo a try after being contacted by their MD. They know how to keep expenses low - I work in the industry and they managed to find some very good and cost effective contractors. All in all very personable and professional.

Really helpful with my property sale

Really helpful with my property sale. Sorted out LPE1 form and all solicitor enquiries quickly - particularly happy with how responsive they are, esp in an industry where I've had some pretty bad experiences, Renzo definitely stand out!

The Renzo app is superb

The Renzo app is superb, it facilities faster communication between the management and the residents swift, easy and quick response to services. The Island building management team are doing a great job, am sure other residents will be very grateful with their good services too, both the exterior & internal areas are always clean and tidy, the building guy so clean to compare to my previous address. The staff concierge are so friendly and always willing to assist our residents with parcels collection, keys, maintenances. The waste bins well looked after and cleaned. The standard is satisfactory thanks!!!

Caring, proactive service

Have felt really looked after. Needed something fixed in the bathroom and they sorted it right away. Which, in my experience, is a rarity.

Really, really good value

Really, really good value. Service charge is far lower than what my friends pay, and they don't have the same amenities or 24h manned service. Lovely staff as well, and the building manager always responds quickly.

Really low fees compared to previous…

Really low fees compared to previous managers. Paying far less in management fees than I used to. Previous flat I was in charged almost 50% more for a faceless corporate service. Much better experience in my current flat, and they're fast at responding too
