A little frustrating for a non computer savvy person. the speed that my visa camt…
I liked the speed that my visa camt through but i had great difficulty loading my ticket information in and a restless night because the image didn't show up. i also tried to pay the $15 entrance charge and it didn't accept new zealand. i need to find another way to do that now.

Easy to follow directions
The instructions were easy to follow. The only problem I had was scanning my passport in after I took the picture. I had to finish the application then go back in to upload the passport picture.

Easy peacy application and payment. Would have liked along the procure of approval from (in this case Malaysia) now and than the status of application. On arrival at Kuala Lumpur airport, just an electronic passport control and passed immigration without further (human) control. Very convenient. Next will use this service again
