cleaner that actually works *****

I’ve been trying to switch my home to more sustainable products and honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. The Joinstore cleaner cuts through grease and everyday grime just as well as traditional chemical cleaners, but without the harsh smell or worry about what I’m spraying around the house.

The refill system is brilliant — I love not throwing away plastic bottles anymore, and the packaging looks really sleek under the sink. The scent is fresh and natural rather than overpowering, and a little goes a long way which makes it great value.

It works perfectly on kitchen worktops, the hob, bathroom surfaces and even glass. Everything feels genuinely clean instead of coated in perfume.

Knowing it’s vegan, cruelty-free and environmentally friendly makes it an easy permanent switch for me. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and recommending to friends and family.

Ordered on 2nd Dec, money taken, no updates, no response to emails, no contact no. available. Today is 22nd Dec. Disappointed that I ordered for Xmas present.

Amazing products, gorgeous smells and all natural. So much nicer than the artificial alternatives.

Amazing products I couldn’t be without. The shampoo and conditioner have made such a difference to my fine hair , it is glossy and looks so healthy. I love all the products. Their ethos is also a big draw for me.

As ever the service and delivery time was excellent. The products were wrapped with care using high end tissue paper. Nothing is scrimped in terms of quality by this company. Jenna is diligent in maintaining high standards in every aspect of running the business from creating new products to keeping prices low by comparison with competitors.

There was a delay on my item because they had to make more, although this was not made clear at the time of ordering, so I contacted them to ask when I can expect to receive my purchase. On the 2nd email the customer services replied that they are being made and would be sent out over next few days. Which they were. I was so happy to receive them a few days later and they were worth the wait. Thank you. :)

I bought the Hedgerow fragrance to scent the house over Christmas & it worked so well. A lovely, long-lasting smell; not too overpowering, and the candle burns steadily.

Very pleased with the room spray. Lovely perfume, seems long lasting. Bought the candle as well for my daughter.

Join is a big favourite in our family particularly at Christmas when we love to top up our candles!
