Heavenly scent.
We'd come across a Low Tide diffuser at a B&B we stayed at. I took a photo and, hey presto! Three months later I got around to ordering one direct. Arrived within a week and the scent is so evocative of my heady teens, in the 70's.

I ordered and paid for an item of clothing that was available on your website. The next day I received an email saying that I was getting a refund. I emailed to ask why. No answer yet but assume it’s because you don’t have the item in stock anymore as your website is now showing out of stock.

Candle and Room Spray
I ordered a candle and room spray mid March with a delivery time of 4-6 days and on 28 March having still not received items I tried phoning the number on website and its unobtainable. Then rang APC (delivery company) on Monday 25th who had emailed me on 20th to say delivery would be on 21st, They informed me that when they went to collect items they were not ready. APC said they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear 🤨
