I have been using this company for quite some time and I have been satisfied. I have needed to utilize customer service more than once and they have always been helpful and worked to resolve shipping issues caused by me moving.

WeightCare has been wonderful for me! I have lost 62 pounds over the past 11 months. I have had no negative side effects to the medication.
The customer service is always very prompt with responses.
Only 10lbs to go to get to my high school weight!! Should be there by summer!!

Very thorough and responsive company! They answer any questions I have and will even delay my shipment if I need it to be. (I had a cold for over a week and did not take the rx - did not need it as soon as they were going to ship it - easily moved the next shipment for me with no penalty.) They send more than enough supplies with each shipment, pack it well and send timely shipment notifications.

Weight Care has been real good to work with in the beginning I ordered twice, because I didn't think the first one went through. They refunded my money. Every time I called with a question they there to answer it.
