We are a family run business, which was created in the summer of 2014. It started with just myself (Jo) and a handful of beads. I had no plan, no goal and absolutely no idea of where this journey would go. Here I am, 5 years in and now I can dare to call myself an established business and growing rapidly. We have a network of beaders, including many family members and those who I consider being friends. An army of consultants championing the Jo James brand and some of these ladies are entering their 3rd or 4th year and this is a testament to the brand that they too love with a passion. We primarily use glowing beads that catch and reflect the light creating a mesmerising, almost hypnotic glow. We love to sparkle at Jo James and have a range to glitter and glow. We also have a popular range of semi-precious gemstones, which all carry their own spiritual meaning and this is a range that will be increasing vastly in the coming weeks and months. We probably have the largest choice of bracelets, necklaces, anklets, and earrings. you'll certainly be spoilt for choice.

I bought myself beaded anklets 2+ years ago and they’re still good as new after being worn almost everyday, recently bought 2 for my friend for a birthday and she’s so happy with them, delivery is always fast, I have recommended to lots of people!

Item didn't arrive on time for the…
Item didn't arrive on time for the holiday. I messaged to ask if I ordered would the item arrive on time I was told that they would send the next day 1st class if not can collect. Now I ordered on a Monday sent out Tuesday should be here Wednesday not leaving till Saturday so 2 days extra to arrive but didn't. If I had been advised to collect to be sure I got my item I would of but seen as they were sure it should get to me I opted for posting. I was contacted them to be told I could collect but would have to pay again and once back could return the other item (if arrived ) bk for a refund I didn't think it fair to have to pay twice. I was very disappointed .

I first responded to your original message you sent me on the evening of may the 8th, which was the bank holiday, when you asked how long delivery is, which I responded with "all being well Wednesday". I certainly kept to my word, posting the very next day (Tuesday) thus providing you with my proof of posting. If for any reason, the post is held up, this is totally out of my control. I did further offer you to go to a local stockist to purchase an anklet, but you declined. Its incredibly unfortunate your anklets did not turn up for your holiday, and its also unfortunate that you picking up from me was not possible during the time I suggested as I had plans. I responded immediately to all your messages sent to me, but I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for you to re-purchase, as offered you a full refund on the first set of anklets on your return from your holiday. I can't go to any major company and ask the same, why should a small business be penalised. Also, you agreed to this at the time of the on-going messages, and didn't tell me you thought this was unfair at the time. Again, I am sorry for the situation and that you have been left disappointed, as I have been too, as the last thing I want is to let any of my customers down. With ref to posting, I have hundreds and hundreds of 5 star reviews regarding fast delivery, I hope you take the time to read some and then you will understand that its a rare situation.
