From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The staff are so attentive and helpful and take time to see to your pet's needs and your queries where needed. They are all very knowledgeable about the products and able to advise.
Also, there is always someone willing to take the heavy food sack to the car.
Well done all round, keep up the good work.

Great service and a very passionate group of staff. I was welcomed with a joyful welcome and a smile. Not something I'm used to when visiting other pet shops. Nothing was too much trouble and I got everything I wanted and more. Will definitely return.
The shop looks a little outdated but the staff definitely make up for it and are clearly experts in regards to their knowledge which is much more valuable to me.

I can’t compliment enough the staff at the Congleton Iv only just started buying from there more recently as the staff are just so helpful & friendly nothing is too much. My last visit a special thank you to Andy & Callum both were really kind & so helpful.

Always friendly helpful staff
Always friendly helpful staff. A very good range of products at affordable prices. I personally raw feed & in recent month they have expanded their range considerably. Even my dog gets excited when we drive up to the shop. She loves to go in & meet the staff & of course get a little treat in the process. 👍😁

Friendliness of the sales assistant at the till and helped me find a product. Also help to lift 15kg bag of dog food into the car. The new packaging of the James Wellbeloved dog food makes it more difficult to lift!! as it's more slippery!!
