Great products, poor packaging and delivery options
The products are great but the lack of delivery options (only 1 company) and the unnecessary packaging (I had a huge TV size box for a hat + 4 baby cups set + a pram mattress that comes folded ... everything would have fitted in a small box) are not.
I had to get a huge and 3/4 empty box at the shop, the box having no handle, and I had the pram to drive at the same time. Luckily my flat is not far, but the packaging is ridiculous. At least, if you put things in gigantic boxes, add handles, please!
Unfortunately, that's not the first time I have these issues.
Definitely something to improve!

Sorry that you got a big box when it wasn't necessary! We try to pack as good as possible, to avoid this problem, both for you as a customer and for the environment. Our warehouse has boxes in different sizes, but not for every size, so sometimes it can be hard to find exactly right.
It's very useful for us to hear your feedback, so we can continue to improve!
