I recently purchased a property where the vendor had appointed Jones Potts Taylor, and throughout the process I was in contact with Michaela. She was extremely attentive and consistently responded very quickly to any queries I had. The team demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, which made the entire buying process very smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend their services to my friends. In particular, for anyone living in Leigh who is looking to buy or sell a property, I would definitely suggest considering Jones Potts Taylor.

A wonderful company! Excellent communication throughout our application and tenancy, and a very efficient service. Ellen couldn’t do enough for us and it was so refreshing to have a much more direct relationship with our letting agent and feel we could get in touch whenever we needed to. The viewing and application process was so simple, unlike many others, and we were able to move in quickly as needed. After contacting several fires to sell my dad house whilst my dad was ill Michaela from JonesPottsTaylor was the only one who took the time to read what I had said

I wanted to write a review and give credit where credit is due. We used JPT to sell our Dads house and the service we received was second to none. Right from organising the valuation to taking the pictures, advertising and organising and assisting the viewings. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. We dealt with Ellen who was extremely professional empathetic of our situation. I was kept up to date every step of the way right the way up to the day of completion. What a really great service.. I highly recommend this estate agent.

My sister sold my father's house through this company and even though it was delayed sale as the solicitors cause delays they kept my sister informed from day one until the final sale made the whole process as easy as possible when putting the house on the market the pictures where fantastic.
