Fast and effective
I used Jora Local. It was easy, I didn't have to worry about a cover letter or resume, just had to list my qualifications, and give a brief summary about why an employer should hire me. I really liked that. Saved me alot of time.

OMG, jora was the BEST site for relevance, on point and not adding to the frustration of jobseeking bt having an inbox full of no help with useless leads. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help Jora, I ended up ceasing the other site's alerts because your site had the most relevant leads without the useless leads in between
