Joseph cph Reviews

Great and Gorgeous design. I ordered the lovely sari dress yellow…seen on Instagram. Quick delivery. Such a beuatiful dress, comfy to wear and I love it.

5/5 stars, no doubt! Best customer service ever and the jewelery is beautiful! Lotte helped me within minutes to do a return from Sweden.
So so happy will shop here again for sure🥰

Excellent designs and customer service! The delivery was super fast I received my order within the same day of the order!!! I also visited them in the showroom and the atmosphere was super nice, polite and really helpful people! I would definitely be a customer :)

I love the rings that I ordered, they are beuatiful, and the delivery experience was excellent.

Super nice jewellery! Had some trouble with the size guide so my rings ended up a bit too big (but still works). I’m sure it wouldn’t be any problem to exchange (but I don’t have the energy to do it). Their customer service is excellent and delivery was super fast! Since this was my first purchase I can’t tell about the quality yet - but as long as it’s good I will definitely become a regular customer 💘

Amazing jewelry and customer service.
I bought some rings and they were super nice! 🌸

The jewlery and service is great. I had a problem and they fixed it super quick and better than I expected

Amazing jewellery and amazing customer service! I ordered the wrong size and got an email back in minutes helping me! Will definitely be ordering more jewellery ✨

Amazing service
I had to return a gift and received a quick answer with the procedure. After shipping the present and sending an image of the receipt, I received a gift card/code right away.

Quick and fast and a very nice and helpful tone in the e-mails. That is GOOD SERVICE👍

Great service, even greater jewellery. Quick to response if you have any questions. I love the jewelry and the quality of it. This will not be the last time I’m buying from Joseph Cph <3

Beautiful jewellery and the costumer service is very helpful and trustworthy!

Very reliable. Trustworthy. Had a little trouble with my order but the customer service is very efficient, got an answer within a day. Everything was sorted out. Would order again!

Shopping at Josephcph is a pleasure for all girls loving jewelry like me. I am always looking for quality in everything I buy, and you can be sure you get this with Josephcph, both the products you buy but also the customer service💜 I will continue shopping from here and strongly recommend it👍🏻

My new favourite brand! Absolutely love the designs and the pieces are such high quality, and the sustainability angle is awesome. Also the best customer service I’ve had in a long time; can’t recommend highly enough and can’t wait for my next purchase ✨🙌

I ordered a ring from the website for my daughters birthday, but unfortunately there were problems with the delivery with DAO - Josephine quickly and professionally resolved the problem without any extra expenses for me, and the ring came just in time for the birthday :-)
NB: and the ring is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures on the website :-)

Great great service!!
I ordered a ring from JosephCPH, and it arrived within two days. Unfortunately it was too small.. Therefore I wrote an email, asking if it was possible to return the ring for a larger size. I got my email answered very quickly, and was told "Of course, just send a picture of the return shipment receipt, and you'll receive a gift certificate, matching the price of the ring". I sent the picture, and almost immediately I got the gift certificate. I ordered the same ring in a larger size, and once again, it arrived within two days!! All in all was it a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend buying jewelry from this brand. Lets be honest, the jewelry is beautiful, and the service is top quality.

I only have good things to say about JosephCHP.
