I was a bit nervous about using an agent I had never heard of but the fees were so favourable I thought it was worth a try. So glad I did, the service was excellent. The property sold on the first viewing and we were kept updated and informed throughout. As a seller, I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A quick, efficient and professional service for a very reasonable cost and with no hidden charges. Josephs sold my house in Horwich unbelievably quickly and then followed up with great communication. I would definitely recommend Josephs to anyone who might be considering selling their house, for the money you just can't beat them. Nice friendly staff too!

I suspect like many others who received fliers for this company we were initially scared off by what appears to be an outrageously low price.However we decided to bite the bullet and met with Andrew the sales manager having spoke with their staff over the phone.
Our property was on the market with rightmove/Zoopla as promised withing 24 hours and sold within a week!
We have had weekly updates re progress as promised and I can guarantee there are no hidden charges/extras they really do what they say on the tin.

Very dishonest, untrustworthy and dangerous. I can't imagine that I entrusted them with my personal ID. It scares me to think what else they could do. I live abroad and they began lease on my property without telling me or forwarding the funds they had taken in rent, and since then, have been covering up lie upon lie. They certainly know loop holes in the law and do everything to capitalise on this. I'm very disappointed.
