Ordered 3 Jan. DHL emailed 8 Jan - I couldn't be there. Messages from DHL very unclear. Product then returned to JOVs. All query emails to JOVs ignored. Zero comms. No refund. Shop elsewhere

Having purchased their products before…
Having purchased their products before from Amazon and Ebay , I thought I would order direct from the website which took 1 whole week from ordering to getting the order to which I had to chase it up via phone and email .
Really impressed with the dashboard dressings Pink , Yellow and Ultimate Blueberry I've used which are excellent quality , great pricing and do what they say they do and all smell amazing too .
Should the order have been dispatched in the 1 to 3 days as stated on the website I would have given a 5 star rating , if they can sort out the ordering problems via the website then 5 star future ratings will come .
