get all delivery info first

I would make sure you get all information before ordering from this company.
I ordered a barrel of TFR i was told it would be 2 working days and 6 days later i still have not received the barrel but when i called to ask for an eta all i get told is it has been dispatched i can not get a clear answer from anybody and the tracker just says partially shipped

1st class service

As is sometimes the case (with Evri!), my order `got lost`. Once this became evident, Jovs resolved the situation in a rapid, professional manner and I applaud their approach.
